Approval of funds of Rs 35000 was given for expenses project @ Umed foundation working for disabled people @ Warje. 2. Expenses of rs 15000 for purchase of 1000 cotton bags were approved. 3. Vocational excellence award function to be held on 16th June with following nominations – For CLK’s year 0 Mrs Anuradha Prabhudesai For Chitteda’s year – Mr Kalidas More For Kiran’s year – request has made to finalize on one name 4. Membership – a. Probable doubtful names were discussed and members will be asked in Planning Assembly to pay Club Dues before 15th June and final decision on confirming names will be taken by 25th June b. It was decided that any new member who was previously a Rotarian at the other club – wanting to leave his club and join RCP Sahawas , has to produce NOC / NDC before joining and subsequently his request for joining the club to be put in front of BOD and BOD should approve his admission before formally admitting him in the club and his name on RI site. c. It was also decided that if any Ann or spouse is interested in joining the club only the compulsory dues – RI/district/ Rotary magazine will be charged to him/her. Issue of is pending Rtn Nilesh Zoting’s NOC/ NDC from RC Bavdhan Elite . discussed. 5. Overview of next coming programs was taken – 5th May – RYE send off, 9th May – Club Charter Day, 12th and 19th May – No meeting, 26th May – TBD, 9 th June -Planning Assembly, 16th June – Vocational Awards, 23rd June – Installation 23-24, 30th June – Club Awards 6. It was decided that contribution of Rs 2000 towards the trust will be appropriated in club accounts. 7. Amount of Rs 5000 was approved for Bhvsangit on 19th August was approved in advance. 8.
