| Minutes of Meeting | MOM 1. President explained all CSR updates on KB CSR and that Ravi Vipra will be visiting Asade school on Monday 15th with vendor contractor for quotes as Principal was not well will bypass surgery the work was halted for 1 month. 2. Visit and donation to school at Katraj for assessment and genuinity confirmation to be done. Ravi Vipra will lead the team with Manoj and others if anyone joining. Madhura is arranging 25 laptops through CSR for the school 3. Once the above Mangdewadi visit is done and team confirms the genuinity RCPl will donate 1.5 lacs from its trust account which will be matched by a donor with his 1.5 lacs and we will help school for electricity fittings. 4. Vocational excellence awards on 10 June: Chief guest: Chandramohan Kulkarni and Rtn Manjoo Phadke a. Nilesh Nimkar, Educationist b. Vishnu Manohar, Chef c. Fees recovery from members names were discussed and Ajay is to take lead and recover fees specially Suchita M issue of Sandips promises discussed and Hakes fees 12. Update on district website. Jan BOD it was decided (actually you don’t need BOD for that) Secretary will upload data.. I have single handedly uploaded 72 projects and 42 meetings data …President requested help as current IT officer Ravi Patil and Secretary Sandeep Danadgaval have not helped even once in the entire year. They don’t respond to requests. 13. It was decided to change venue of next years regular meetings. 14. It was decided to increase fees to Rs 21000 per member.
