| Minutes of Meeting | 1. DG and AG were welcomed. 2. President briefed the DG about its meetings and Project through a PPT Presentation. 3. DG discussed and gave following advice- Strategic planning should be written down, Club should do some orientation meetings, Rotary knowledge should be imparted by different people during all meetings, Conduct one sponsered BOD meeting, followed by normal meeting, so food expenses can be saved, DG will give 2 copies of Rotary Knowledge for the club. More copies are available at Rs. 170/- each. 4. Trust to be formed after making trust deed. Till then district / other club trust can be used after making MOU with them. 5. Provisional ATG should be applied for on priority. 6. CSR Project to be done so that many avenues get covered in that. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Ashish, an incredible athlete who has taken the world of running to extraordinary lengths, has taken upon himself to make Indians physically fit and mentally fine! Ashish an accomplished ultra-marathoner, shared with the audience present his prescription on how he manages to push the boundaries of endurance and human potential to incredible heights. Ashish said that “He would like to see each person do some physical activity every day, whether it be walk, jog, run, cycle, trek or going to gym, it is not just about crossing the finish line but getting out of the bed to start the fitness journey. He views each day as an opportunity for personal growth, pushing our limits and discovering the depths of our capabilities”. The RCPP members unanimously decided to join the “Low2High” movement and pledged to contribute 7.6 lakh steps towards the overall 76 lakh steps between 1st June to 15th of August 2023 that Ashish wants India to contribute to celebrate the 76th Anniversary of India’s independence on the 15th of August 2023. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the District Training Assembly — RY 2023– 2024, and a Prestigious Post attained by Rtn. Sagar Khandelwal. We wished happy birthday to Rtn. PP Narayandas Rathi and R’Ann Sujaya Raja. We wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Navin and R’Ann Madhu Tewari, Rtn. PP Jinendra and Rtn. Amita Munot, and Rtn. Arun and R’Ann Beena Shroff. It was then time for the Brainstorming session for RY 2023–24. This activity was undertaken by the President-Elect and Board members to set the club’s projects or agenda for the coming year. President Uday handed over the meeting to PE Ajay Chitnis, who welcomed and thanked members for joining the meeting and requested all the members to give suggestions for the upcoming year. The meeting was followed by Mini-Fellowship dinner. Many thanks are due to the Fellowship Committee for the sumptuous meal |
