During our journey of 24 years, we did many land mark projects and now we are entering in to our silver jubilee year on 20th May 2023. | Minutes of Meeting | प्रिय मित्रमैत्रिणींनो, आजचा क्लब डे यशस्वी करण्यात आपण सर्वांनी जो हातभार लावला त्या साठी आम्ही सर्वजण अमोल, रमाकांत, अविनाश आणि BODs आपणा सर्वांचे खूप खूप आभारी आहोत. आजच्या कार्यक्रमाला PDG रो. मोहन जी पालेशा प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून लाभले व त्यांनी आंतरराष्ट्रीय रोटरीच्या आतापर्यंत वाटचालीचा ठळक आढावा व पुढील काही वर्षातील आवाहने याच्या बद्दल (अर्थात त्यांच्या नेहमीच्या साहित्यिक व शेर-शायारोनी परिपूर्ण, खुसखुशीत शैलीत) सर्वाना मार्गदर्शन केले व येणाऱ्या क्लबच्या रौप्यमहोत्सवी वर्षाबद्दल अभिनंदन व शुभेच्छा दिल्या. आजची संध्याकाळ सर्वांनीच खूप आनंदात घालवली असेल अशी अपेक्षा आहे. आजचा क्लब डे सर्वार्थाने यशस्वी झाला यात काही शंकाच नाही. कार्यक्रमाच्या सुरुवात सान्वी देशपांडे हिच्या गणेश वंदनेमुळे प्रसन्न वातावरण निर्माण झाले, त्यानंतर PE रो.लता शिंदे यांचे “फुलराणी”, वसेकर यांचे “मायबोली”, रांजेकर यांचे हलके-फुलके विनोदी स्कीट “चक दे रोटरी”, मनीषा अधिकारी यांचा नवरंग मधील प्रसिद्ध नृत्य सादरीकरण व शेवटी धमाल फॅशन शो. या सर्व कार्यक्रमासाठी कागवडे, रांजेकर, वसेकर, महाजन, मनिषा आणि बीओडी नी जे कष्ट घेतलेत त्याबद्दल तुम्हा सर्वांना मनःपूर्वक धन्यवाद. विशेष नमूद करण्यासारखी गोष्ट म्हणजे स्वाती जाधवने “चक दे रोटरी” साठी केलेले बॅक स्टेजचे काम. ती ज्या सिन्सियरली पेन आणि पॅड घेऊन प्रॅक्टीसला बसते आणि पॉइंटस नोट डाऊन करून डायरेक्टरला मदत करते, त्याला तोड नाही. याशिवाय आज हॉल मधील व्यवस्था ती बघत होती त्याबद्दल तिचे खास अभिनंदन... आज सर्व प्रोग्रामस , गाणी , डान्स , स्कीटस, फॅशन शो भन्नाट... कार्यक्रमामधे भाग घेतलेल्या सर्वांचेच मनःपूर्वक अभिनंदन ... तुम्हा सर्वांच्या सहभागमुळे क्लब डे संस्मरणीय झाला ... चीअर्स ... ??? आपण सर्वांनी इतक्या मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित राहून कार्यक्रमांना दाद दिली, त्या साठी खूप खूप धन्यवाद. आजची एकूण उपस्थिती 107 होती. पुन्हा एकदा सर्व कलाकारांचे, त्यांच्या दिग्दर्शकाचे, वादक, संगीतकार या सर्व मंडळी तसेच GOM मनिषाने आणि दिपकने सुरवाती पासून दिलेल्या मदती साठी, धन्यवाद. अनवधानाने कोणाचा नामोल्लेख राहून गेला असेल तर क्षमस्व. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week by President Namita & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Atul. PP Nitin Naik gave Rotary Information on Rotary activities, signature projects by our clubs, especially for prospective members. Dr Mhaiskar’s Orchestra group was introduced by PP Abhay. The orchestra group then presented nice old melody songs. Vote of thanks was proposed by PP Abhay. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Dilip & Padma Pandit. Dress code for Ladies was & for Gents. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Board Meeting held on 20.05.2023 at Secretary Ca Dinesh Dixit’s residence ( 507, Athashri Synergy , Patil Nagar, Balewadi ) Fifth Floor. Time of the meeting 7.00 pm. BoD Members attended 4…. Pres Elect 23-24 Manoj Solanki IT Director Vivek Jamdar Membership Director Sushil Sahani Secretary 22-23 Ca Dinesh Dixit Meeting presided by Pres Elect Mr. Manoj Solanki. Meeting was held primarily to discuss and prepare for our DG visit OCV scheduled on 30.05.2023. Rotarian Vivek Jamdar prepared PPT for this scheduled event and some additions/deletions are suggested in the PPT. Accordingly Rtn. Vivek edited his PPT and then other present Board members approved it. Happiness Index Survey has been prepared by Rotarian Vivek Jamdar [Input provided by PE Manoj Solanki] and it was sent [Google form link] to all Rotarians. It was decided to make provision for DG’s visit to the club and an adhoc Rs. 25,000 was decided to provide for. PE Rtn. Manoj also put suggestion to make provision for Pebble Beach Banquet Hall Rent payable for our club’s meetings held since August 2022. Agreement was not yet executed between Society and Rotary Club of Belmondo. It was decided to enter into an agreement with the society for the year 23-24 if the same venue is to be continued with prior approval of Society at one hand. Board agreed to authorize Secretary Ca Dinesh Dixit to prepare Income & Expenditure/ Balance Sheet etc for the year 22-23 on the basis of Bank statement of Federal Bank Current Account handed over to the Secretary by President Neeta Patil ( User Id and Password). Since Treausurer Mr. Bharat Dighe resigned In the middle of the year, this post is vacant. Temporary charge is with President Neeta Patil. Board discussed about AG’s meeting prior to DG’s visit and on 4 th Friday 26.05.2023 in club scheduled meeting AG will be invited to see the club’s preparation and any advice for OCV. Board approved expenses incurred by President/ PE upto 20.05.2023 towards club training event, family night and lapel pins etc.( For 23-24 by PE Manoj). Meeting ended with vote of thanks. |
