| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF JOINT BOD HELD ON 23RD May, 2023, at 7.30 pm at Damle Hall Members present: 1. Dr. Amit Andre 2. Dr. Umesh Falak 3. Manjoo Phadke 4. Ketki Falak 5. Sarita Goenka 6. Anita Kaulgud 7. Mamata Kolhatkar 1. Handover of all Avenues will be done from previous Director to the new Director. 2. Treasurer Shirish Pingale informed that there is increase in RI and District Fees, and hardly 5-10% of the fees collected can be used for activities of the Club. 3. In view of the above, Membership Fees for 23-24 have been proposed as follows: Regular Fees: Spouse Fees: Total ₹ 19,000 ₹ 13,000 ₹ 32,000 BOD members present have accepted the above proposal. If the cheque is handed before 30-6-2023, with a post date of max upto 31-7-2023, then a Loyalty Bonus of ₹ 1,500/- to couple, and ₹ 1,000/- to Regular members will be given. 4. Invoice for 23-24 will be raised in June, 2023, which should be accepted by the members, as a confirmation for continuing for next year. Names of members who are defaulting in Fees payment, will be removed. 5. Names of Trustees for the year 23-24 to be changed. 6. Fund Raising program has been proposed to be held on 16th or 18th June, 2023, depending on availability of hall. Program details: Sanjay Upadhyaya - मन करारे प्रसन्न.
