| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 11 a.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 2, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Ebe Chaney for his generous contribution to RCPC projects. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the inauguration and preview of Ms. Seema Bhargava’s solo painting exhibition “Voyage, a Long Journey through Canvas”. President Uday informed members about the upcoming EOGM on June 10, 2023, in Poona, the notice for which has been sent by email. We wished happy birthday to Rtn. Oni Kakajiwala, Rtn. Shernaz Irani, R’Ann Nilima Shah, R’Ann Alka Nanda, and Rtn. PP Abhay Shah. President Uday invited President-Elect Ajay Chitnis to present his plans for the coming RY 2023–24. PE Ajay along with his team of Directors, through a wonderful presentation, updated everyone about their strategy and plan of action for the coming year with the objective to engage more and more members and build a vibrant club. The meeting was followed by a Mini Fellowship. Many thanks are due to the Fellowship Committee for the sumptuous meal. |
