| Minutes of Meeting | All the members reached the venue by 4pm. Ladies were welcomed by the gents with Iced tea & Mataki Bhel. After that, ladies roamed around and enjoyed singing, making reels, playing, chatting etc. As it was Vatpournima, all the ladies planted a Banyan plant in the venue. By the time, all the gents cooked various food items – Veg Biryani, Bundi Raita, Mix vegetable with gravy, Fruit salad etc. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship sponsored partially by Rtn Asmita Patil and prepared by the Gents. Review of last week & Secretarial announcements were given by President Namita. Annet Varad Mulay & Nakshatra Dinkar were felicitated for their success in SSC exams. Vote of thanks was proposed by President Namita. The program finished by 11pm and everyone returned home with forever memories. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. |

| Minutes of Meeting | We had a fantastic Club Day event yesterday!!! Hope you all enjoyed a lot. It's always great when people can come together and enjoy each other's company while participating in fun activities. It's wonderful to see that Ann Vaishnavi, Rtn Ketaki, and Rtn Shena did a great job planning and executing the games. Thoughtful and brainstorming questions make for an engaging and competitive atmosphere. It's excellent that we were able to carry out impactful projects and events throughout the year 22-23. The recognition of star performers through awards is a fantastic way to appreciate their efforts. Congratulations to all awardees and President Abhay on a happening and vibrant year! The idea of giving awards in the form of certificates, suggested by your dynamic leader President Rtn Abhay Sawant, sounds innovative and thoughtful. It's always a treat to have talented individuals like Anna Sachin Athaley, our lead singer, perform at events. He showcased his great voice and added to the enjoyment of the evening. Ending the event with delicious food and drinks was the perfect way to conclude the gathering. It's lovely that everyone went home with wonderful memories and takeaways from the event. Let’s come together again for our signature project of Cow donation on 9th June. It's heart-warming to see your dedication to the betterment of society. Let’s keep up the great work! |
