| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting was started but minutes were not read since Secretary as no present Following resolutions were proposed and passed during the meeting 1. The membership fees to be increased From Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 14,000 which is payable in two half yearly installments of Rs. 7,000. There is no change in entry fees of New Members 2. FD which is maturing on 30th June is to be re-invested for further one year 3. The change in signatories for all the accounts of Club to be changes w. e. f. 1st July 2023 Hall rent rates should remain same as they were in 2022-23 expect Additional AC Charges of Rs 1,000 are to be Charged Rs. 2000 w.e.f 1st July 2023 It was also decided that ‘Innerwheel Club of Khopoli’ shall pay Rs. 12,000/- Per Year against the usage of Rotary Community Hall from the year 2022-23. This will help Rotary to utilised this money to maintain the Property. It was also discussed about the Inducting new members. President again and again reminded about without receiving payment of Fees and Entry fees we should not be inducted, but Rtn. Pillai and whole Board was of the opinion that by taking post dated cheques of fees and Entry fee dated 1st July 2023 we can Induct them on 25th June 2023. So it is finally decided to induct such members on 25th June that to also by the hands of newly Installed President. President has no alternative than accepting this because of majority Meeting ended with delicious food |

They touched upon the fact that slowly the importance of reading has been reducing because of non availability of books and reading material with different age group of readers. The start up has now become stable with sustained effort on promoting books for all age groups and inculcating reading habits among all. |
