| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting was called to order at [time] by President Rtn Dr. Amit Andre. President Rtn Dr. Amit Andre introduced the Chief Guest, AG Rtn Kalyani Gokhale, to the attendees. The National Anthem was played, and all attendees stood in respect. PE Rtn Dr. Umesh D Falak delivered the opening speech, expressing gratitude to all attendees for their presence and outlining the purpose of the assembly. Each avenue director presented their avenue presentation, providing updates and progress made in their respective areas. AG Rtn Kalyani Gokhale offered her advice and feedback on each avenue, providing valuable insights and suggestions for improvement. SE Sarita Goenka delivered a vote of thanks, expressing appreciation to all participants, including the Chief Guest, President, Avenue Directors, and other attendees. President Dr. Amit Andre adjourned the meeting, acknowledging the successful completion of the agenda items and expressing gratitude to everyone for their active participation. Following the meeting, all attendees proceeded to Damle Hall for dinner and further interactions. |
