| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Board Meeting held on 16.06.2023 at Lodha Belmondo Tower 24 , New Reserve Club Coffee Shop, Gahunje - Time of the meeting 5.45 Evening. Five BoD Members attended. Pres 2022-23 Neeta Patl Pres Elect 23-24 Manoj Solanki IT Director Vivek Jamdar (from UK) Membership Director Sushil Sahani Secretary 22-23 Ca Dinesh Dixit Meeting presided by Pres Elect Mr. Manoj Solanki. Board meeting is held primarily to discuss, decide and implement Take over process from the existing Board of 22-23 . Accordingly, PE Rtn. Manoj put the subject of change of signatories in Bank records. Board decided that Signatories to operate Federal bank savings Bank Account w e f 07.07.2023 will be as TWO AS follows: 1. CA Dinesh Dixit ( in capacity as Treasurer 23-24) 2. President Manoj Solanki (in capacity as President 23-24) 3. Mr. Sushil Sahani (in capacity as Membership Director 23-24) Out of serial no. 1 to serial no.3 ,-- Serial no. 1 is COMPULSORY and Any ONE out of Serial no. 2 and 3 Board discussed and decided that Club will invite any one from Lodha Management/Administration approved by Lodha as HONORARY member of the club for 23-24 subject to successful negotiations by President Manoj and that Honorary member will pay only RI/District Dues /Rotary Magazine dues for the year 23-24. Board decided and requested President Neeta to hand over all the assets of the Club in her custody for smooth change of Guard for the year 23-24. Accordingly, she was requested to hand over Colar, Bell, Hammer, PAN card of the Club, Unused bank cheque book of Federal bank , Round rubber Seal, Signature rubber stamps of the club etc. Board decided, discussed and approved Budget of Rs. 20,000 for Installation ceremony of new incoming President And PE informed that date of installation is 15.07.2023 Saturday Morning session 11 to 3 and further details will follow in due course. Board decided and confirmed that in the year 23-24 there will be no increase in either Admission/Entrance fees and Club yearly fees which is at present is Rs. 3000 and Rs. 20000 (yearly)respectively. Board also decided and confirmed that from 01.07.2023 Club meeting will be held on ALL SATURDAYS and that BOD meeting will be held on every FOURTH Saturday. It is further decided that BoD meeting will be held at each director’s residence by rotation or at any place decided by director on rotational basis. Board also decided that timing of the Club meeting on every Saturday will be at 5.30 ( Fellowship) and regular club meeting at 6 to 7 evening. Further details of venue will be announced shortly by PE Manoj. It is also decided that Club will initiate SUN SHINE Collection in each Club meeting and accordingly Collection Box will be kept at the venue of the meeting. Board also decided that any expenses to be incurred for the Club by any club member shall be pre -sectioned in the Board meeting and then only he/she will be reimbursed accordingly.
