| Minutes of Meeting | रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे पाषाण हा सामाजिक कार्याच्या बाबतीत अग्रेसर असणारा क्लब असून गेल्या 23 वर्षांपासून क्लब अतिशय उत्तम सामाजिक कार्य करत आहे. ह्या क्लब तर्फे आज पर्यंत अनेक सामाजिक उपक्रम जसे की हॉस्पिटला उपकरणे देणे , शाळांना मदत करणे, गरीब लोकांना अन्नदान करणे , सरकारी कामात मदत करणे , गरीब शेतकऱ्यांना गाई दान करणे , नेत्र दान , रक्त दान , असे हजारो उपक्रम यशस्वी रित्या पार पाडले आहेत. त्या मुळे आता रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे पाषाण चे नाव संपूर्ण जगात अतिशय मानाने घेतले जाते.अशा अतिशय प्रसिद्ध अशा रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे पाषाणचे नवीन वर्ष 1 जुलै रोजी सुरू होत आहे. ह्या क्लब च्या येणाऱ्या 23- 24 वर्षाकारता नवीन अध्यक्ष म्हणून क्लब च्या सर्व कामात नेहेमीच पुढाकार घेणारे अशोक पाठक यांनी नुकताच कार्यभार सांभाळला. मावळते अध्यक्ष अभय सावंत यांनी आपली सूत्रे अशोक पाठक यांना सुपूर्द केली. Club Members attended 6 President Elect 23-24 Manoj Solanki IT Director Vivek Jamdar (from UK) Membership Director Sushil Sahani Secretary 22-23 Ca Dinesh Dixit Club Administrator Adesh Khanna President Nominee 24-25 Adv. Suryakant Patil Meeting presided by Pres Elect Mr. Manoj Solanki. Club meeting as scheduled on every fourth Friday was called and conducted on Google Meet on 23.06.2023 at 7.30 pm on Google Meet Platform. PE Manoj raised issue relating to transfer of Current account with Federal Bank Pimpri Chinchwad branch on change of guard on 01.07.2023 and accordingly all three new signatories and President Neeta will visit the Branch on 27.06.2023 in the morning with necessary submission of Board Resolution authorizing new Board members to operate the saud bank account w e f 01.07.2023and all KYC documents. PE Manoj informed that list of continuing members of the Club in the year23-24 will be finalized before 28.06.2023 and those members who conveyed their willingness to continue will finally be on the RI website. This will enable Club to arrange and pay for half yearly RI dues due on 01.07.2023 and plan future course of action. PE Manoj also briefed members present on Google Meet platform that on 01.07.2023 Saturday Blood donation Camp is arranged at Lodha Belmondo Complex, and that Lodha has in principle agreed to participate and also support this camp in whatever way possible including Electronic Screen Display at strategic point in the Club House premises and also outside. It is also decided that advertisement of this camp will be done through Broucher in each Society’s tower, Notice Board to make more awareness amongst residents of Lodha Belmondo. Adv. Suryakant Patil who attended this meeting on line agreed to contact Lodha Belmondo society tower members about the display of Blood Donation camp advt. PE Manoj and Vivek Jamdar will prepare Google Form for enabling blood donors to communicate the Club by filling requisite information and its submission. PE Manoj already informed that on the day of Blood Donation camp there will be provision of Tea/Biscuits etc. for the Blood Donors. It was proposed that this Blood Donation Camp be inaugurated in the hands of first lady Rt Ann Mrs. Solanki wife of PE Manoj Solanki. Vivek prepared the Google Form and it was sent to Manoj, Sushil, Adesh, Dixit , Neeta etc via email as well as link was sent on Whatsapp Group too. It is also decided that journalists of reputed newspapers be invited to cover this major and Maidan event of the Rotary Year 23-24 which begins on that day. PE Manoj will decide about certificates to be given for the Blood Donors who will participate in this event. About Installation Ceremony scheduled on 15.07.2023 Saturday, it will be graced by DGN 24-25 Rtn.Sheetal Shah of Pune and PE Manoj will update later about its venue and hospitality. PE Manoj and Rtn. Sushil expressed their views about unpaid bill of adv. Suryakant Patil for a long time that this issue be put before NEXT BoD on the Last Saturday of July 2023 including issues related to E Waste event held in the year 2022 if both Adv. Patil and Neeta Patil remain present on that day and attend this BoD. Meeting ended on 8.30 pm with Vote of Thanks by Charter Secretary Ca Dinesh Dixit. |
