| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week & /Rotary Information on cow donation project by President Milind & Secretarial announcements by PN Ajay Kale. Prasad Palange was felicitated for his Engineering examination Success and Vivek Kulkarni & Dr Mahajan were felicitated for Amanora Camp & Hamaal checkup Camp planning. Volunteers for Hamaal & Amanora Camp (Ann Pallavi Nagpurkar & Gouri Kulkarni, Rtn Chitratai, Rtn Archana, PP Dr Prabhakar, First Lady Mugdha) were also felicitated. PP Dhananjay Hirwe conducted Interview of PP Ajit Kulkarni & PP Anant Ghalsasi in cheerful way with questions about their profession. Vote of thanks was proposed by Rtn Varsha Hirwe. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Dr Prabhakar & Jayashree Mahajan. Birthday cake was cut by the members whose birthday is in July. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Following Rotarians/Club Members attended the Google Meeting 1. President Elect 23-24 Manoj Solanki 2. Membership Director Sushil Sahani 3. Secretary & Treasurer 23-24 Ca Dinesh Dixit 4. Club Administrator Adesh Khanna Meeting presided by Pres Mr. Manoj Solanki via Google Meet. Link provided by President Manoj. President Manoj placed before the members issues relating to amendments related to Club Byelaws and also preparation of Budget of Rotary Year 23-24. Placed before the members about communication received from Rotary News Trust ( R N T ) for payment of magazine subscription of 10 members for the year 2023-24. Correct names and addresses of 10 members to be communicated to Chennai office of R N T. Accordingly corrections were made deleting names of the members who left club as on 30.06.2023 and errors in Address of some members were rectified. As per Trust Communication, it has EXCESS balance in their account and hence there is NO immediate need to pay Magazine Dues. Subscription is at the rate of Rs. 480 per year per member for physical copy of the magazine to receive in English language. Email is sent on the given email ID of the RNT Chennai Office. Club also received communication from District 3131 for payment of District Dues of 2023-24 at the rate of Rs. 1300 per member per year. It is payable before 30.09.2023. President noted this communication. President manoj appealed to our club members to participate in an event “ SAGA of MAHAVIR’ Kargil warrior Digendra kumar -Mahavir Chakra recipient Indian Commando who killed 48 Pakistanis single handedly at the Kargil War 1999 to be held on 04.08.2023 at Ga Di madgulkar Auditorium Pradhikaran Nigdi Pune at 5.30 Evening. Six Clubs have organized this event in which our Club is also going to participate. Cheque of Rs. 6000 is to be handed over to the RC of Nigdi towards this event. Our Club members donated Rs. 55,500 to Jnana Prabhodini Navanagar Vidyalaya Pradhikaran Road, Sector 25 Nigdi 411044 towards Table Tennis Infrastructure. Major Donor was TRF director Rtn. Shyam Sirur, who donated Rs. 50,000. Other donations were received, from President Manoj for Rs. 2000, Membership Director Rtn. Sushil Sahani for Rs. 1500 and Director Snehal Kothari for Rs. 2000. Members individually donated this on behalf of our Club. It is our pleasure to inform that our President Manoj and Director Sushil donated Rs. 2,500 each towards TRF on an appeal from DG Manjoo Phadke. Next BoD which is due on 29.07.2023 being last Saturday is to be held at Secretary’s Residence at 6 PM as approved by our President Manoj. After all topics on the agenda are over, meeting is adjourned with Vote of Thanks by the Secretary. |
