Minutes of Meeting	President Manoj, Director Admin Adesh and IT Director Vivek were attended the meeting in person. Whereas Secretary Dinesh and Membership Director Sushil have attended the meeting via Google Meet. 1. We went through the check list for AG/DG visit and team will be completing the required documentation by 22nd September 2023. 2. Venue booking/Hi-Tea with Snacks or Dinner will be done by our President along with the Team 3. Budget for this event is Rs 15000/-. Rs 5000/- will be spend by President. BOD will contribute for Excess money [if any] 4. Mostly we will be having AG visit on Saturday 23rd September 2023. 5. DG Visit is on 30th September 2023. 6. On this day [30th September 2023] only, we will be having installation ceremony and induction of new members.

Minutes of Meeting	Today RCPH had a wonderful getogether outing. It was unique outing where members witnessed horse racing. Some of our members did do some modest betting to enjoy the day. Some of our members had an first time experience of what horse racing at the Turf Club is all about. Some won, some neutralised, all in all it was a fun day. This we declare as an regular meeting at New Venue RWITC. All enjoyed, Thanks to Rtn. Sameer. for arranging invitation cards along with fellowship from Poonawalla for so many Rotarians. Following Rtns along with Anns were present. Rtn. Shabir P & Ann Ratna with Zaiba & Rajesh and 3 guests Rtn. Mohammadi Badshah Rtn. Nisrin Badshah & a guest Rtn. Rajendra & Ann Nilimaji & A guest Rtn. Sameer & Ann Madhuri & A guest. Rtn. Hemant & Ann Maltiji Rtn. Bhopalwalla & Ann Mehrun ji. We missed few of our Rotarians. We hope they will make it up in the next regular meeting.
