Meeting started at 0800 pm with Rashtrageet and 4 way test in Hindi with descent voice of Rtn Kranti.. All the project details have been shared by President and appreciate the team for taking club in the top 10 position.. Secretarial announcement was done by Secretary Rtn Sadiq.. With birthday wishes and chocolate ? PHF pin is given to Proud Rtn Kranti And PHF+1 to Proud Rtn Jaideep.. Rotarian If the August month award goes to Rtn Ashwini Shah for her Cycle project and Rtn Col Anil Shukla for his important role in 15 th August Parade at Girls military School,Pirangut.. Quiz of the August month winner Rtn Kranti also recognised.. Unfortunately there was no 100% attendee winner for the month of August.. Today tambola with Rotary Knowledge session carried by DRT Rtn Neeraj Mehta,a construction businessman and vivid badminton player a true sportsman and music lover… It was fantastic time with him..he was accompanied by our club trainer Rtn Sheetal Lokhande.. Guests Dr Nishat Siddiqui and Better half,Vijay Shinde,Kapil Naik,Nilesh husband of Rtn Aruna were introduced.. Winners of the tambola game were recognised.. Meeting was finished with Millet Milk fellowship at the end sponsored by Mirtillo.. Vote of thanks given by IPP Jyotindra Zaveri.. Meeting was attended by 20+ people with highly positive note.. Free Tickets to club member was distributed by the auspicious hands of Rtn Johar Chunavala.and every club member promised that he/she will registered 5+ members for the Aashiqui event of 2 nd October.. We are looking forward for such highly inspired and healthy meetings in future also.. Appreciate everyone’s presence and fully involvement today’s regular meeting.. ??? |

Service Report was already submitted before the meeting 2. YUVTI to be included in service directors report 3. A sum of Rs. 37.20 lacs is being recieved from Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited for medical equipments in Sassoon hospital thanks to efforts made by Rtn. Sudhir Tandon. Sangeeta Lalwani is also organising a sum of Rs. 11 lacs for Pediatric equipments in Sassoon hospital. 4. Efforts to be made to encourage members to participate and attend Service Projects. YOUTH GENERATION Director Naresh Paul had submitted the report before the meeting . He is working on expansion of Interact Clubs - two to three . Caelum School . Swastik mentioned that our club should encourage Rotaractors and Interact Clubs to attend and participate District events . PUBLIC IMAGE Director Saiesha Thadani submitted the report before the meeting. FOUNDATION Under RYE our club has hosted Gabriella from Brazil . She is staying in Dr. Kiyawats place and has also attended few meetings . ADMINISTRATION Director Admin Kumar Kirpalani had submitted the report before the meeting . Rtn Swastik suggested that one minute Rotary information be given at every meeting . Eg : Designated month information. Efforts to be made to improve attendance. DG visit is scheduled for 11th March . AG visit last week of February. Nom Com Elections to be held on 1st week of November .One week prior to that, notice to be given on chat if any member wants to withdraw their name. MEMBERSHIP Director Natasha is making efforts to get new members. The meeting was concluded with a Vote Of Thanks by Arti to host Sunny and Ujwala on behalf of the Club , followed by great Fellowship and dinner. |

Foundation Director Nachiket informed that he would be appealing and using all opportunities for getting the contribution for foundation .. 5 PI Director Chitralekha briefed about the proposed activity of providing First Aid KIT to five Public Gardens which will be not only useful but would get adequate attention too and she informed about the help of donations of Chitra, Omkar ,Girish & Vinayak Chitra agreed to post Dandiya & Ladies picnic on FB too . . 6 Treasurer Vinayak informed that 16 members have paid half yearly subscriptions and 8 members have not paid the dues .It was decided to appeal the concerned . . 7 Youth Director Rucha informed about exploring RYLA at select schools /colleges and briefed about need of making Rotract at Damle School active by paying necessary fees .She also informed about proposed dental Camp at three interact schools. ... 8 Membership Director Omkar informed about the Orientaion programme for new members proposed on Saturday the 28th and briefed that Trainer Manish was kind to conduct it at his office 9 IT Officer was requested to help members on uploading District 3131 App 10 Director Rucha on behalf of board moved a resolution to thank Sunil for hosting the Board Meeting and proposed the 5th Board meeting of Nov 23 at her place.
