| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting was called to order by President Girish at 7.30 followed by National Anthem. He welcomed the guests and all attendees. One minute of silence was observed in memory of PP Aparna’s mother who passed away recently. Rotary Club of Pune Tilak Road donated 4 sewing machines to a women's self-help group supported by Dnyanprabodhini. Ann Anjali Bandal, Ann Medha Pendharkar, Ann Supriya Sane, and Ann Meghana Bapat handed over the machines. Ms Bharati and Ms Trupti accepted the machines on behalf of self-help group. President Girish started the presentation for Club Assembly giving a brief account of the club's performance under various avenues in the last 3 months. The foundation of major projects was laid in these three months. Global grant director Rtn Dilip Railkar and PP Rtn Sajay Bapat presented the global grant projects with budget. PP RtnAnanatSardeshmukh and PP Rtn Satyajeet Badwe gave a detailed plan for executing the medical van under CSR. Pres Girish also gave a presentation at the Green Society and Diabetes conclave. Admin Director PP Rtn Aparna gave a brief about the various activities carried out in the past 3 months and the upcoming activities till December. Rtn Nilima Date talked about PI. PP Rtn Charudatta Bhave introduced the 5 new candidates to be inducted soon. Treasurer PP Rtn Suneel Ghatpande spoke about the financial status of the club. This was followed by the rotary business. This included various announcements related to projects and other important club and district events. President Girish felicitated the club members and anns on their birthdays (names mentioned in the agenda) for the last two weeks. Secretary announced the program for the next week (as mentioned in the agenda) The meeting was adjourned. |
