| Minutes of Meeting | Our annual fund raising event Dandiya Raas was started 25 years ago during Navratri of 1997 when PP Praful Shah was the Club President, and this has continued as our signature fund raising event, celebrated with much zeal and enthusiasm. It has been supported later on by Venkys whose contribution helps in carrying out community projects of our Club. This was possible thanks to Rtn Kapil Desai, who yearly facilitates the contribution to our Club. We received very generous support from all our members, many of whom contributed personally and others reached out to their contacts, thereby ensuring that the fund raiser becomes meaningful. This event connects our Club with the community as many from different backgrounds come and enjoy this evening, making it a very effective public image activity, spreading the awareness of Rotary. Many members including some our newer members got actively involved to make this mega event happen seamlessly. The team effort brought us closer to each other, which was one of the major highlights of this project. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Participants arrived and registered at the entrance at 6:30 to 7:00pm. The meeting was called to order by President. National Anthem and four way test was delivered. A warm welcome was extended to all guests, including Ann's and Annettes. President delivered a speech highlighting the achievements of the organization and welcoming everyone to the Dandiya Night event. Secretary made announcements regarding upcoming events and celebrations. The program was handed over to the Ann's team, who organized exciting Dandiya and cultural performances. President Elect Avinash Tarawade expressed gratitude to all participants, performers, sponsors, and organizers for making the event successful. The meeting was adjourned at 8:55pm followed by dinner. |
