Membership Director Sushil Sahani Secretary & Treasurer 23-24 Ca Dinesh Dixit IT Director PE 24-25 Vivek Jamdar Rotarian Sanyogita Zadkar- Kulkarni Rotarian Ca Lalit Dua Meeting presided by Pres Elect IT Director Mr. Vivek Jamdar . Meeting began with National Anthem. Agenda today was e Waste Project to be carried on this year also and to maximize participation in this important project, Google Form to be prepared for participating in this project. IT Director Vivek agreed to frame Google Form for its submission online. Maximum publicity to be done in and around Lodha Belmondo Complex with banners in Main club and internal streets, Society entrance etc. Club entrusted this event to our Service Director Mr. Snehal Kothari to seek proper venue/place for collection of E Waste in Lodha Complex. Mr. Snehal will get in contact with Lodha Officials and will update Vivek. Club decided to take help from Lodha staff and to call Wasim Patel to help Club in maximum manner. Service Director Snehal agreed to locate three spots to make awareness of this project. Club plans to conduct training session to all Rotarians in the club as well prospective customers jointly with Other Clubs in the nearby vicinity after talking with Presidents of those Clubs since our club’s membership strength is Small. Rtn. Sanyogita suggested that our club shall take a lead in this training program for District Training by admitting new members of near-by Clubs so that more participants will be trained. District Conference 23-24 is scheduled to be held on 19.01.24 to 21.01.2024 at Pandit Farms Pune. Secretary appealed to all club members to participate in large numbers. Rotarian CA Lalit Dua also put his views on Lectures/workshops by his wife Rt, Ann Mrs. Vanita Dua on topics related to stress/strains and or mental disturbances, mental awareness for cancer patients, etc. and for the benefits of children, Seniors and all members including participation by other Clubs members. Club approved all these suggestions and future projects in hand. Meeting ended with Vote of Thanks by the Secretary and thanks Rtn. Vivek for his hospitality and snacks served in the meeting. |

| Minutes of Meeting | A Festive Celebration RCPC members celebrated Navratri with much enthusiasm at a Dandiya Night held at the New Club (Poona). The event chairperson Rtn. Amita Munot and R’Ann Jasma Ashar’s tasteful decorations of the venue put everyone in a festive mood. The lilting music soon had many of the elegantly dressed ladies twirling gracefully on the dance floor, and the smartly dressed gentlemen soon followed suit. Rtn. Lekha Nair had done an excellent job in organising the Fellowship snacks and dinner, beginning with paani puri, bhel and chaat, followed by special Navratri dishes such as rajgira puris with aloo curry, sabudana wada, vegetarian biryani, and ending with kulfi and gulab jamuns. As President Ajay Chitnis rightly pointed out: “RCPC is indeed proud of our Nari Shakti that made it a memorable evening for all of us.” Earlier in the evening, we wished happy birthday to Rtn. Subhash Devi, R’Ann Lata Agarwal, Rtn. Dakshata Agarwal, Rtn. Vanita Bajaj, R’Ann Usha Sakhrani and R’Ann Dipti Chitnis. Wedding anniversary greetings were offered to Rt.
