Rtn Nishit Sapra Due to lack of quorum the meeting was adjourned for 30 minutes and was called to order at 12 noon Last BOD 's meetings minutes held on 29th September 2023 was read and passed ACCOUNTS 1. Accounts presented in excel sheet format was read and passed 2. Accounts and Balance Sheet submitted to Auditors till 30th June 2023. 3. A sum of Rs.2000 per month was sanctioned to pay for writing of books for Club and Trust accounts with effect from 1st November 2023. 4. Follow up to be done with two members who have not paid their dues. SERVICE Service Report was already submitted before the meeting PUBLIC IMAGE All activities covered in social media. RCPA sponsored a banner at Dandya function in October hosted by RC Poona ADMINISTRATION Director Admin Kumar Kirpalani had submitted the report before the meeting . Nom Com Elections on 31st October 2023 along with Fun Tuesday MEMBERSHIP Application for membership recieved of Dr. Prasan Rao proposed by President Sanjay Saxena and seconded by Natasha, was approved by the Board. YOUTH GENERATION Youth Director Naresh Paul had submitted the report before the meeting. Street play and debates being planned with Interact Clubs after November. Installation ceremony of Rotaract AIT pending . FOUNDATION President Sanjay Saxena expressed his concern over target for Foundation. To be reviewed again in December. The meeting was concluded with a Vote Of Thanks by Natasha to host Mohinish and Bharti on behalf of the Club , followed by lunch. |

Members from more than 200 societies attended the seminar, with an audience of more than 300 delegates RCP Tilak Road got the event sponsors M/S DR Gavhane who sponsored the entire event and also mobilised a lot of societies through their network . RCP Tilak Road coordinated with RCP Pimpri Elite and RCP Pimpri to execute the event. Though PCMC commissioner Shekhar Singh Sir could not attend the seminar he sent a 5 minutes video clip in which he praised the work done by Rotary in this field and guided the audience. He also elaborated on the green initiatives undertaken by PCMC. Our Club was also instrumental in inviting the commissioner. Presentations were done by IGBC, Indian Plumbing Association , Ecological Society. There were about 15 vendors who displayed their products. |

MOM of last BOD were approved. 2.Review by President: a. Nomination Committee meeting was confirmed for 20th November 2023 and Rtn. Sandeep Vilekar appointed as Election Officer. b. A resolution congratulating the Certificate winners of Ekankika competition. c. Rtn. Raghavendra Ponkshe who has been elected as Vice President of Indo American Society and d. Rtn. Sunil Joshi who has been included in the Executive Committee of Sandvik Asia company, was passed by the President and seconded by PP Rtn. Sham Kulkarni. Directors Report : 1.Treasurer Rtn. Purushottam Sahasrabuddhe informed that Club membership dues in respect of 5 members were still due. As the expenses of the Club have increased he suggested to increase the Club fees from Rs.4300/- to Rs.5000/- It was decided to increase the wages of the lady who cleans the Club Office from Rs.400/- to Rs.500/- per month. 2. Director Club Service Projects Committee Rtn. Dr. Sudhanshu Gore a. It was decided to play a match of Box Cricket in the Society ground of Rtn. Vinod Agrawal on 26th November 2023. It was also decided to hold the last weekly meeting of November 2023 before the match and hence there would be no meeting on Monday 27th November 2023. The expenses for the Box Cricket match would be diverted from other avenues. 3. Director Foundation: Rtn. Madhuri Kirpekar She has asked all BOD members to contribute minimum $500/- to the Foundation. 4. Director Club Service Projects: Rtn. PP.Sandeep Vilekar He informed that meetings of Interact and Eco Clubs would be resumed after Diwali vacation. The installation ceremony of Rotract Club of Pune South was held on 28th October 2023 It was decided that Charter Presentation and installation of the new Symcare Club would be held after Diwali. It was decided to hold RYLA after Diwali . 5. Director Club Admin. Committee: PN Rtn. Manisha Belgaonkar She informed that work of Bulletin was going on smoothly Also Program Committee and Fellowship Committee were doing well. Rtn.
