| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week activities by President Milind & Secretarial announcements/Rotary Information on revised Rotary motto by Secretary Asmita. Quiz winners: Dhananjay Hirwe & Tanvi Thatte were felicitated. Further proceedings were handed over to MOV Vivek Kulkarni. PP Nitin Naik informed about history of Adarsh Ganesh Mandal Spardha. Rtn Vivek introduced Samaj Parivartan Puraskar awardee Aniruddha Deshpande and also informed that he could not attend today’s program due to some personal emergency. The award was given later to him by visiting his office. PN Ajay Kale conducted introduction & Felicitation of Postman by DGE Shital Shah. PP Pushkaraj Mulay introduced DGE Shital Shah. DGE Shital Shah addressed all on 5 pillars of Rotary. Adarsh Ganesh Mandal Puraskar was given to 3 Mandals by DGE Shital Shah. Further Adarsh Ganesh Mandal Puraskar was given to 3 Societies by DGE Shital Shah. The team of judges was also awarded with appreciation certificates & trophies. Vote of thanks was presented by PE Sameer Prabhune. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Manisha Rukari. Dress code for Ladies was club saree & traditional dress for Gents. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Review of previous Board Meeting A review of previous board meeting was taken and all points were accepted. Vanzai Devi School – Tamhini Ghat – Rianwater Harvesting Project: Need assessment to be undertaken by President and Service Director and details to be submitted to the board. Follow-up for Club Fees from pending members: All the members have cleared their dues as on the date of meeting as per information received from Treasurer. Conducting Financial Literacy Camp for Women in slum areas: The project is approved and details regarding the arrangement of speaker and costs involved to be presented for BOD’s review. Global Grant Project: PP Avanii is working on the preparation of project related documents. Status of the same will be presented by her in the coming board meeting. Discussion Regarding Increase in Membership of the club: All the directors present discussed about the ways in which the membership can be increased in the club. New ways to induct people were thought off to be implemented. Conclusion on the same is awaited. Budget Approval for Diwali Gift: Continuing the tradition of giving Diwali Gifts to the club members, a proposal to continue the same was proposed in the meeting. A sum of not more than 6500/- was proposed and approved by the board for the same. Funds Availability: The availability of funds for future projects in the year was discussed. 1. Rs. 1.5 Lakh is proposed and approved by the board for paying Advocate Fees. 2. Rs. 90 thousand is approved by the board for Cow Donation Project – Global Grant Balance available after deducting these allocations to be confirmed by the Treasurer. The meeting was graciously hosted by Sec. Sneha Kulkarni Next Board Meeting is scheduled on 1st Saturday of December i.e., 2nd Dec 2023. |
