| Minutes of Meeting | Visited Matoshri Vrudhhashram. Breakfast was served to all mmbers of Matoshri. Treasure hunt begun from hotel & back to hotel Breakfast at Multispice restaurant. The treasure hunt organized for club members and Annets, encompassing various significant landmarks and cultural spots in Pune, served as a dynamic platform for fostering fellowship and camaraderie among participants. Beginning at the revered "Ujvya Sondecha Ganpati," the journey included stops at historical sites such as the residence of the second Bajirao during the Third Anglo-Maratha War, a Wada-style metro station, and a theater named after a prominent Marathi singer and stage actor. These locations not only offered a rich historical and cultural narrative but also encouraged participants to work collaboratively, share knowledge, and appreciate their heritage collectively. As participants moved from one clue to the next, they were required to engage in problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication, all of which are crucial elements in building strong fellowship. The inclusion of a venue dedicated to budding artists and another featuring the ten-armed Ganpati symbolized the community's support for creativity and tradition, further binding the participants through shared cultural appreciation. The statue of a notable female social reformer highlighted the importance of social causes, prompting discussions and reflections among the group, thereby deepening their connection. Reaching the temple near Rajaram Bridge in Karve Nagar, participants were reminded of the spiritual and communal aspects that play a significant role in societal bonding. The event concluded with a gastronomic delight, emphasizing the saying that food brings people together. The shared experience of enjoying traditional Indian cuisine added a layer of warmth and conviviality to the event, making it a memorable and joyous conclusion to the treasure hunt. Throughout the treasure hunt, the sense of fellowship was palpable. The collective effort to decode clues, navigate the city, and support each other in finding the next destination fostered a strong sense of unity and belonging. Participants not only learned more about their city and its rich heritage but also about each other, building personal connections and friendships that would extend beyond the event. This fellowship is vital for the club's cohesion, ensuring that members and Annets feel more connected and committed to each other and the club's objectives. In essence, the treasure hunt was more than just an entertaining activity; it was a carefully crafted experience aimed at nurturing fellowship. By combining elements of history, culture, and teamwork, it succeeded in bringing members closer, creating a shared sense of achievement and joy, and laying a solid foundation for future collaborative efforts within the club. |

| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting called to order by Stand in President PP Rtn Aparna at 7:00 followed by National Anthem. She welcomed all the members and Anns. This was followed by the main programme. First Lady Radhika also welcomed all and she played a small video message sent by President Girish. She also explained the overall agenda for the programme. This Diwali special programme started with an activity of making“Akashkandil”/ Latern. The kits of the same were provided to each member and their spouse and they were supposed to make it with the guidance of organizing team. This was followed by a lovely song of newly joined member Ann Manjiri Annachatre. PP Rtn Anant Sardeshmukh and PP Rtn Aprana did the anchoring for the programme and there was enthusiastic participation of all the members and their spouses. Few of them shared some memories and Ann Anjali tai Apte, Ann Anuradha tai Durva ,Rtn Sanjeev Karanjkar also presented beautiful songs. Overall, it was a fun-filled and variety entertainment informal get together. Everyone was present in traditional Maharashtrian attire. This was followed by the rotary business. This included various announcements related meetings, projects and other important club and district events. Secretary PP Rtn Sanjeev announced the programme for the next week (as mentioned in agenda) The meeting was adjourned. After the meeting the dinner was served as “pangat”in traditional way which was thoroughly enjoyed by all the members and their spouses. It was a memorable evening and every one had a lot of fun. |
