| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting called to order by Stand in President PP Rtn Aparna at 7:00 followed by National Anthem. She welcomed all the members and Anns. This was followed by the main programme. First Lady Radhika also welcomed all and she played a small video message sent by President Girish. She also explained the overall agenda for the programme. This Diwali special programme started with an activity of making“Akashkandil”/ Latern. The kits of the same were provided to each member and their spouse and they were supposed to make it with the guidance of organizing team. This was followed by a lovely song of newly joined member Ann Manjiri Annachatre. PP Rtn Anant Sardeshmukh and PP Rtn Aprana did the anchoring for the programme and there was enthusiastic participation of all the members and their spouses. Few of them shared some memories and Ann Anjali tai Apte, Ann Anuradha tai Durva ,Rtn Sanjeev Karanjkar also presented beautiful songs. Overall, it was a fun-filled and variety entertainment informal get together. Everyone was present in traditional Maharashtrian attire. This was followed by the rotary business. This included various announcements related meetings, projects and other important club and district events. Secretary PP Rtn Sanjeev announced the programme for the next week (as mentioned in agenda) The meeting was adjourned. After the meeting the dinner was served as “pangat”in traditional way which was thoroughly enjoyed by all the members and their spouses. It was a memorable evening and every one had a lot of fun. |
