| Minutes of Meeting | In the Selection of Nomination Committee Meeting on 17.11.2023, following members of our Club are selected as members of the Nomination Committee. 1. Anuradha Kale 2. Swati Ranjekar 3. Sudheer Daftardar 4. Deva Ghorpade 5. Prakash Vasekar 6. Ajit Apte This nomination committee will help and decide to form BoD for the year 2024-25 with the coordination of PE Abhay Devare and they will also decide the PND for year 2026-27 & 2027-28. Secondly, a committee of 5 Immediate Past Presidents is also formed to decide PN for the RIY 2024-25. Committee of 5 Immediate Past President is formed as under : 1. Lata 2. Amol 3. Anuradha 4. Mrinmayee 5. Swati M Both the committees will complete the task within 3 weeks. PP Rtn. Ravi Ranjekar handled the meeting smoothly as Presiding Officer. Each Board of Directors had to come on the stage and describe in detail about their duty and the projects to be done by them. After all the Board of Directors told their planning, AG was asked to give her opinion on the topic and the members planning. AG Rutuja as usual gave her report that everyone did their job well and she was very happy about the same. President thanked her and all the members felicitated AG with a small token of love. Later all had dinner and the meeting came to an end. |

| Minutes of Meeting | A Two-in-One Meeting Our Club meeting on November 17, 2023, had a two-fold purpose: firstly, to enable members to cast their vote to elect seven members of the Nominating Committee, and secondly, to enable members to download the Rotary 3131 App on their smart phones with assistance from Rtn. Madhvi Kshettry, Director of the Digital Club. The evening began with President Ajay Chitnis thanking Rtn. Yogesh and R’Ann Hina Shah for their generous donations; giving members an update on the Diwali Anand Mela celebrated by the Mook Badhir Shikshan Kendra (a school for Deaf and Mute children), where the highlight of the celebration was the lunch for all 120 children and their teachers sponsored by Rtn. Anil Bora; offering congratulations to Rtn. PP Dr. Nasir Kazi, who was felicitated at a get-together of more than 250 physicians at B.J. Medical College’s MD (internal medicine) alumni; and ending with reminders regarding District 3131’s The Rotary Foundation seminar on November 25, 2023 and the District 3131 Car Rally being held in December. President welcomed all members, briefed board on activities conducted in Oct 2023 2. Minutes of board meeting conducted in Oct-2023 were reviewed and approved by board members 3. For PI seminar, IPP Atul informed regarding the change of dates from DG Office. Since PYC Gymkhana hall was already booked by IPP Atul towards the PI Seminar, there will be cancellation charges to be paid. The probable cancellation charges will be INR 13000. Board approved these charges, in case needs to be paid. 4. President informed that there is a proposal in which we can get used 15 desktops at INR 75000. We can donate this setting up computer lab for interact clubs. It was agreed that President Vishnu will take it forward. 5. Members raised serious concerns regarding delay in change of Bank signatories. It was agreed to discuss with treasurer Yogesh and ask him to expedite the process. 6. It was proposed and agreed that Rtn.Mandar Mahajan or Rtn. Renuka Madiwale to be appointed as Chairperson for Next Generation Avenue. President will discuss with boh and decided. 7. It was proposed and agreed that Rtn. Pradeep Patil to be approached to Chair the membership avenue. President will discuss with him. 8. It was discussed that Adivasi shala library project to be taken forward by Rtn. Amruta 9. Rtn. Amit proposed two new members. He will share the details to board. 10. Following proposed members were discussed. It was agreed that Rtn. Amruta to discuss with all them with help of PP Pradip Patil a. Pallavi Goswami, b. Mandar Joshi, c. Aboli Chavan , d. Ankita Sanghvi 11. It was proposed that Rtn. Vishal to take ahead ARI initiative through clusters formation at SPPU 12. For increasing attendance for club meetings, it was proposed to explore the option of dinner Fellowship. 13. President briefed board regarding event planned on 2nd Dec for students at 4.30 pm at Ganesh Kala Krida by Dr. Shantanu. 14. IPP Atul suggested to schedule Nomination committee meeting. It was proposed to plan the same on 15th Dec with prior notice. 15. President briefed board regarding Fund raiser on 8th December. 16. IPP Atul suggested that the detail financial planning to be done for fund raiser. How much tickets tobe given to sponsor to be worked out 17. IPP Atul informed that a sponsor is ready with INR 2.5 lacs for second Fund raiser 18. Rtn. Amit informed board that his friend will be giving Oxygen concentrator to Tapas Foundation via RCPU. 19. | Minutes of Meeting | Dear all Rotarians and Anns, Today, we inaugurated our first Vision Centre at Mohopada with the help of PDG Dr Shailesh Palekar as part of our Global Grant project for Total Eye Care. The event was attended by numerous Rotarians, Anns, local dignitaries, and the President of the Rotary Club of Patalganga. The Vision Centre is now functional and we are able to recommend it to those in need. We extend our heartfelt thanks to PDG Dr Shailesh Palekar, PDG Dr Deepak Purohit, Dr Suhas Haldipurkar, Dr Arvind Kulkarni, Dr Shailesh Gandhi, Satish Pawase, Anil Ambetkar, Amar Mhatre, Rtn Sanjivani Malwankar, Rajan Mhatre, Rajendra Kadam and all the Anns for attending the function and making it a great success. Make it constructive We are thrilled to announce the inauguration of our first Vision Centre at Mohopada, which took place today with the generous support of PDG Dr Shailesh Palekar. This marks a significant achievement for our Global Grant project focused on Total Eye Care. The event was well-attended by a large number of Rotarians, Anns, local dignitaries, and the esteemed President of the Rotary Club of Patalganga. We are pleased to share that the Vision Centre is now fully operational and we are excited to recommend it to those in need.
