| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Club Meeting held on 18.11.2023 Saturday at The Reserve, Lodha Belmondo Complex. Time of the meeting 6.00 Evening Club Members attended 7. Meeting began with National Anthem. Agenda today was participation in RYLA arranged by Nigdi Club on 25.11.2023 to 27.11.2023. Our Club decided to contribute Rs. 50000 maximum towards this event and decided to keep one lecture by Rt. Ann Mrs. Dua on this occasion with consultation with Nigdi Club officials. President Manoj will cover this event. Mr. Sushil (along with Rtn. Shyam Shirur –in his absentia) put one important subject before club’s members about formation of our Club’s TRUST as early as possible to get maximum benefits of section 80 G of the Income Tax Act and also to mobilize more funds for Club’s various projects / events in the pipeline and in future to come. President Manoj briefed the club that he had a talk with one senior Rotarian of Nigdi Club CA Rajapurkar in this matter and immediately formed one separate Whats App Group involving CA Rajapurkar, CA Dinesh Dixit and President himself. Accordibgly steps will be taken to form one Charitable Trust of our Club. Club proposes to arrange one family picnic by the end of January 24 or in February 2024 convenient to all members. Before that One family Dinner post Diwali will be held and Club administrator Adesh Khanna will plan accordingly and update President. On 02.12.2023 Saturday in the evening this Post Diwali dinner will be held at Lodha Complex. President also put before the club of GAS cylinder supply requirement of Mai- Bal Bhavan and this will be done by members in due course after talking with Gas Distributors in the near-by areas. Club’s most awaited E waste project will be finally taken up on 10.12.2023 at Ashbridge society Complex along with Kshamma Foundations. Appropriate steps will be taken up by president elect Rtn. Vivek Jamdar along with Service Director Snehal and Rotarian ca Lalit Dua. Club also updated about participation by Club Secretary and Treasurer 23-24 CA Dinesh Dixit and Rt. Ann Mrs. Shakambhari Dixit in CAR Rally of District 3131 commencing from 04.12.2023 and ending on 10.12.2023. Necessary flier was posted on WA group of our Club and also discussed in this meeting. Club today issued one crossed account payee cheque no. 444223 dt. 18.11.2023 in favour of M/S M.M. Sancheti & Co. Chartered Accountants of Rs. 5000 towards his professional services for the club as an Auditor for the year 22-23. He submitted audited Balance sheet and Income Expenditure Account duly signed by Secretary 22-23 Ca Dinesh Dixit and President 22-23 Neeta Patil. Club extended thanks to him for his service to the club. Meeting ended with Vote of Thanks by the Secretary and thanks President Manoj for his hospitality and snacks served in the meeting. |
