Minutes of Meeting	आज DG व्हिजिट, म्हणजे Official club visit by District Governor, असल्यामुळे प्रेसिडेंट, सेक्रेटरी,प्लॅनिंग कमिटी मेंबर्स आणि सर्व सदस्य सेवासदन हॉलवर हजर होते. DG मंजू फडके,सव्वासहाला मीटिंगसाठी उपस्थित झाल्या. प्रथम त्यांनी स्ट्रॅटेजी प्लॅनिंग कमिटी बरोबर झालेल्या मीटिंगमध्ये क्लबच्या स्ट्रॅटेजी प्लॅनिंग बद्दल माहिती करून घेतली.त्यामध्ये दोन ते तीन वर्षाच्या प्रोजेक्ट्सचे नियोजन केले असल्याबद्दल त्यांनी समाधान व्यक्त केले.त्यानंतर सर्व बोर्ड मेंबर्सनी आपापल्या क्षेत्रात असलेले प्रोजेक्ट्स व पुढील वाटचाल या बद्दल माहिती दिली.IPP सत्यजित यांनी रोटरॅक्ट क्लबच्या सभासत्व फी विषयी चर्चा केली तर नवीन rotract क्लब स्थापन करण्याचे आश्वासन रो हेमंत तलाठी यांनी दिले. तसेच DG मंजू यांनी फाउंडेशन आणि मेंबरशिप या दोनहीचे टार्गेट आपल्या क्लब साठी वाढवायचे सुचवलेज्यामुळे आपल्या क्लबची गणना"लार्ज क्लब"मध्ये होईल. क्लब admin रोटरियन अपर्णा ने क्लब चा दैनंदिन कामाचा आढावा घेतला. दर्जेदार कार्यक्रम, उत्कृष्ट fellowship व सर्व संभासदांचा सहभाग ह्या मुळे सर्व meeting ना उत्तम उपस्थिती असते. नवीन मेंबर्स कसे आकर्षित करावे त्या बद्दल ही DGयांनी सूचना केल्या. आपल्या क्लब चे सरासरी वयोमान जास्त होत असले तरी सर्व मेंबर्स active असतात आणि सहसा कोणीही आपला क्लब सोडून जात नाही असे निरीक्षण नोंदवले. आपल्या क्लबच्या प्रोजेक्टसाठी फंड मिळवले तर ते रोटरी इंडिया फाउंडेशनच्या मार्फत घ्यावे.जरी त्यात पाच टक्के ॲडमिन चार्जेस कापले जात असले,तरी डिस्ट्रिक्ट दहा टक्के भर घालून त्याची भरपाई करत असल्याने, एकूण फंड,क्लबला वाढवूनच मिळतील अशी माहिती त्यांनी दिली.आपला District 3131 हा,भारत,बांगलादेश,श्रीलंका या झोन मध्ये,फाउंडेशन मध्ये कॉन्ट्रीब्युशन करण्यात,"पहिल्या क्रमांकावर" असल्याचे त्यांनी नमूद केले. युथ प्रोग्रॅम्स बद्दल रो हेमंत तलाठी यांनी दिलेल्या माहिती वर समाधान व्यक्त केले तसेच आंतरराज्य व आंतरराष्ट्रीय युथ एक्सचेंज मध्ये एक-दोन विद्यार्थ्यांना पाठवावे असे सुचवले. आपल्या क्लबचे ॲसिमिलेशन व इतर प्रोग्राम बद्दल ऐकून,डीजींना अशा फन प्रोग्रामला बोलवले जात नाही, अशी गोड तक्रार केली व आपल्या क्लबचे प्रोग्राम चांगले असल्याची पावती दिली. आयटी डायरेक्टर रो मंजिरी यांनी आतापर्यंत सर्व प्रोजेक्ट मीटिंग अपलोड केल्याअसल्याचे ऐकून त्यांनी समाधान व्यक्त केले.तसेच क्लबच्या मेडिकल प्रोजेक्ट,नॉन मेडिकल प्रोजेक्ट,पब्लिक इमेज यांच्या कामाबद्दल समाधान व्यक्त केले. बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर बरोबरच्या मिटींग नंतर मुख्य मिटींगला लगेच सुरुवात झाली.राष्ट्रगीता नंतर प्रे गिरीशने सर्व मान्यवरांचे झाडाचे रोप देऊन स्वागत केलेल. नंतर सेक्रेटरी रो संजीव कारंजकर यांनी, नेहमीप्रमाणेच फक्त आकडेवारी न सांगता गेल्या पंधरा वर्षात डीजी कार्यपद्धती कशी बदलत गेली याचे खुमासदार शैलीत वर्णन केले व क्लबच्या एकूण वाटचालीचा आलेख सांगितला.त्यात क्लबमध्ये सर्व सदस्यांसाठी,प्रत्येक मिटींगला,नाविन्यपूर्ण ड्रेस कोड,पुरुषांसाठी आयोजित गेम्स,दिवाळी पार्टी, आकाश कंदील बनवणे,या वेगळ्या प्रयोगांमुळे,सर्व सदस्यांनी उत्साहाने भाग घेतल्याने कसे चैतन्य निर्माण झाले तसेच नवीन सदस्य सुद्धा क्लब प्रोग्राम मध्ये पुढे होऊन काम करत आहेत हे नमूद केले. प्रेसिडेंट गिरीश ने आपल्या क्लब च्या strategicplanning व visionstatementला अनुसरून चालू रोटरी वर्षाचे नियोजन केले व त्याप्रमाणे सर्वांच्या साथीने सर्व projects कसे कार्यान्वित केले ह्याची माहिती दिली. तसेच पुढील सात महिन्यांमध्ये जे mega projects करणार आहोत ज्या मधे Global Grant च्या प्रोजेक्ट्सचाही समावेश आहे त्या बद्दलही सांगितले. प्रेसिडेंट गिरीशने क्लबच्या सर्व संभासदांचा उत्साही सहभाग आणि केलेले मार्गदर्शन याचा आवर्जून उल्लेख केला तसेच DG मंजू व District team यांनी वेळोवेळी केलेल्या सहकाऱ्याबद्दल त्यांचे आभार मानले.

Minutes of Meeting	On the 23rd of November, we had our very own member Rtn PP Anil Goel speak to us on Rotary Foundation. He spoke on the foundation that began with just 26.50 USD in 1917 by the then outgoing RI President Arch Klumph, is now spending more than 4 billion USD on life changing sustainable projects. Further elaborating he spoke on Rotary Foundation that caters to seven thrust areas namely- Peace and Conflict Prevention/ Resolution, Disease Prevention and Treatment, Water and Sanitation, Maternal and Child Health, Basic Education and Literacy and Economic and Community Development. Contributions could be made to the Rotary Foundation by way of Annual Program Fund, Permanent fund, Polio Fund and the Endowment Fund. Donors are then recognised for their commitment and are offered individual and club recognition. Adv Nayak to be removed from whats app Wadkar and Dhamale to be removed from system. 3rd Dec AGM at 7 pm at Dnyada Prashala followed by dinner. 10th Dec Box cricket to be participated and ₹6000 to be paid from Trust account. 100 Atharvashirsha at Sarasbaug inside temple in the evening at 7.30 pm on 30th Nov 2023 and ₹5000 expenses approved by BOD for the same. Interact conference on 7th Jan proposed at Iscon temple. Atleast 700 people are expected. Rs.1lacs given by Rtn Prakash Avachat's friend will be used for this event and also Rs.1 lac is offered by Rtn Sameer Kulkarni. Club carnival to be finalized for 10th Feb and budget of 60k is finalized. 26th March is DG visit and 15th March AG visit. 19th Jan CSR seminar - Host club RCP Sahawas 20-21 Jan District conference must be attended by most of the members.
