| Minutes of Meeting | MoM of Fifth BoD Day & Date: Tuesday, 28th November 2023 Venue: Conference Hall, Sevasadan Hall, Erandvane, Pune Time: @ 7.00 pm. 1. Secretary Abhay welcomed all the members for the 5th BoD of the RY 2023-24. 2. Minutes of our Fourth BoD dated 25.10.2023 were read and approved by all the members. 3. A) As informed by Manisha Adhikari, Youth Director, as a permission is granted by the RI for the change of sponsorship for the Interact Club of Adhyapak Vidyalaya, installation date for the Interact club is scheduled on 06.12.2023 after consultation of school authorities. It is decided that proper planning will be done by Manisha with the help of Swati Mahajan, Mentor of the Avenue. B) It was also decided in the meeting that a slot will be given in a weekly meeting to our inbound student CLARA to give her presentation aeap. Manisha & Swati Ranjekar will decide the suitable date for the same and convey it to Mrinmayee. C) Secretary Abhay said that a demand is received by our RCPSR Rotaract Club for a help of around Rs.12,500/- for their project “The talk 6.0”. It was also told that this demand is made just few hours before the event and no permission was taken by parent club or the Youth Director. The honorarium fixed by the Rotaractors was also a huge amount. As there is no such provision in or budget, it was decided not to consider the demand and inform the Rotaractors accordingly. D) It was also decided to have a joint meeting with the Rotaractors aeap which was cancelled last month due to various reasons. 4. Service Director Abhay Mayadeo gave updates of the demand of various projects of Hotale village. Mayadeo explained about the school gate project to be done in the memory of Late Mr. Narke kaka. It is also discussed that we cannot keep the donation in Bank FD in the memory of Late Narke kaka because of big budget for the gate of the school. Mayadeo informed that he will be getting a quotation for the gate of the school soon and thereafter the execution of work will start. 5. Swati Ranjekar, Director Admin explained the programmes for the month of December 2023 & January 2024. She also informed that this year we will plan for Vocational Excellence Award and she insisted to suggest suitable names for the same. 6. Secretary Abhay gave information about the CPI score and requested all the concerned Directors to look after their Avenue to update on the district website. 7. Discussed on the request of Rtn. Deepak Mahajan about Co-hosting of CSR Award Function of District 3131 and a payment of Rs.50,000/- to be made from the Trust. Rtn. Patankar informed that we can make payment as demanded from the Trust as it will an investment for future CSR funds. Finally, it was decided that the matter will be discussed with both the CAs of the Trust and if they give a green signal, then we make payment from the Trust. It is also decided that there should be demand from the District 3131 for the Co-hosting of the program. 8. Secretary Abhay Devare gave vote of thanks for joining BoD at Sevasadan and the meeting concluded. Following Directors were present for the BoD.
