| Minutes of Meeting | RCPH Meeting dated 5 th Dec 23. Meeting location : Girme school • Time : 7.30pm • Attendance: Rotarians Nitin Patil, Suhail, Gulu Jagat, Shabbir Poonawala, Papaji Mohan, Sameer Mane, Nilima Patil, Renu Bala, Hussain Bhai, Fellowship: Papaji Mohan * Rtn. Papaji updated on the RO project undertaken. The cost of the project is Rs 1.25 lakhs for the water project. This was executed under partnership between Reach Trust and RCPH. Expected to share 20K for this project. * Shabbir Bhai requested members to pay half yearly payments, so that we can organise payment for the projects etc. * Sameer sir mentioned that the balance sheet of the club had never been shared. If this is shared, then we can decide on the funds and sharing. He asked from where we are going to get the funds promised. The President manages it for the year, and it continues... Rtn. Nilima mentioned that as soon as we get the money it is expended in the projects. * Rtn. Shabbir mentioned that RCPH. has the lowest membership fees amongst the 140 clubs. * President Nitin explained that. we are only partnering with others, and we have no finance to run projects on our own. We are going with Reach Trust and our name gets recorded as partners. * Rtn. Nitin informed about project for solar in schools being carried out and how many times we can go to Reach asking for partnerships and funds. * RCPH is not accepting to do projects under Rotary when the DG has refused to share any funds. * Rtn. Nitin informed about the project of helmet distribution and asked the team to attend the event. This project has to be done in haveli taluka with registered school. • Rtn. Nitin also informed that it is the mentally challenged week and we need to spend time with the children in Divyang school. The school program is between 11 to 4.30pm. We have to visit for about an hour. * Rtn. Hussainbhai asked whether we will continue with the trust. It is agreed that we should continue with the trust. And then we need to process 80G and others. It could cost 15K+. To decide before Mar 24. * Rtn. Hussain Bhai asked whether to increase the fees for the year. Hussainbhai to make a proposal and circulate for comments and approval. • Rtn. Nitin informed that Deoras clinic is opened in ramtekdi. The clinic runs OPD at very subsidised rate and we can advise the maids to get themselves to get a complete checkup. • Meeting adjourned. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Club Member Term Fee: The meeting commenced with a discussion on the collection of club member term fees. The Treasurer will send out invoices to all members . Members are encouraged to make payments promptly to ensure smooth operation of club activities. Discussion on Adding New Members: The committee reviewed the current membership status and agreed to actively seek new members. A membership drive will be organized starting next month, with a target of recruiting at least 05 new members by the end of the quarter. Members were encouraged to refer potential candidates and submit their names to the Secretary. Discussion on Rotary Conference: The upcoming Rotary conference was discussed, and it was decided that the club will participate as a group. Members interested in attending are requested to inform the Secretary . Discussion on Health Camp at ZP School: Plans for organizing a health camp at ZP School were finalized. The Secretary will coordinate with ZP School authorities to confirm logistical arrangements and ensure smooth implementation of the camp. |
