| Minutes of Meeting | In our club 3 award-winning short films from India's only National Tourism Short Film Festival were screened under the program 'Kelyana Deshatan'. The festival is organised in collaboration with Parbhanna Foundation and Maharashtra Tourism and Development Corporation (MTDC) on the occasion of World Tourism Day on 27th September. This year over 60 short films, over 200 blogs and photos from 22 states participated in the festival. President Minal welcomed everyone. Rtn. Rajiv Ghode introduced the guests. After that the founder of Parbhanna Foundation Mr. Ganesh Chappalwar gave brief information about the short film festival. In the short film 'Yatra', our traditional customs, culture, its need, meetings, trade and turnover were well filmed. From the second short film, there is a beautiful message that if you walk and stay close to nature, your mind will be remain calm and happy. From the third short film, nature is degraded due to plastic and pollution. A self-reflective message was received that nature and life will survive only if cleanliness is maintained, PP Keskar thanked the guests, President Minal Avachat felicitated the guests and their colleagues with gifts. |

President informed board that about INR 13000 needs toe paid to PYC towards the cancellation charges of PI seminar. Board approved to reimburse the same to IPP Atul. Board also suggested President to discuss this issue with DG to get refund from district funds. 3. New dates for PI seminar were discussed(3rd or 17th March) Board principally gave approval to go ahead. 4. Project to donate desktop for school was approved by board. 5. To increase the membership, it was discussed to approach the outgoing and interested members from Ganeshkhind club 6. President informed board that Rtn.Nana accepted the role of Chairperson for membership avenue. Board thanked Rtn.Nana for the same. 7. It was discussed and approved to give Oxygen Concentrator to Tapas Foundation on 20th Dec along with certificates to interns. 8. It was discussed to keep stall at district conference for MCMP as well as PI seminar promotion. 9. It was discussed that modified proposal, trust documents tobe submitted by Rtn. Yogesh to our CSR partners 10. Media Ocean CSR planning to be shared by Yogesh. Tentative amt 25 lacs . 11. It was discussed to explore proposed tie up with Alka Padhye. Rtn. Yogesh to bring proposal 12. CSR awards by district - RCPU entry to be given by Rtn. Yogesh 13. It was discussed and agreed that Rtn. Aakansha will finalize vocational - factory visit dates. 14. It was discussed and approved that one of the Club Meeting to be arranged at Media Ocean in Jan / Feb. 15. President appealed all member for volunteering hours for KBC on 23 Dec. 16. Rtn. Amit briefed the board regarding a potential project with Aatman medical marriage Beauro. A Cancer screening project, 600 per patient fees with 30-70 sharing ratio. Approx. cost per camp is INR 35000 One camp principally approved by board. Rtn. Yogesh informed that in addition to this one camp, 2 more camps sponsorship will be given by Media Ocean 17. Sessions of awareness of FM4 methodology tobe arranged . First camp free of cost by RtnSaurabh. To be arranged In Feb month. 18. Sevasadan hall for club meeting approved by board. 19. Pdg Abhay expressed his displeasure for less involvement by members during fund raiser event. President to resolve the issue in discussion with sponsors and members 20. MCMP - Synergy meeting with Green Society in symposium to be explored. Meeting planned on 18 Dec at 5 pm 21. Walkathon for MCMP promotion to be arranged 22. It was discussed that cap can be given to workers of Keshav Sita foundation. 23. It was discussed that to explore Singhgad college for Rotaract club as well as MCMP promotion. 24.
