President and avenue directors handed over the details of different club activities and projects to AG. Soft copies of required documents were handed over. All assets and details of club were shared with AG. The performance and work done by club in different avenues was appreciated by AG during the visit. AG also guided the club board to enhance certain activities on different focus areas so as to impact all spheres of Rotary world. |

| Minutes of Meeting | It was a one day picnic cum bavarchi day for all at Talegaon. All the gents cooked food starting from morning breakfast till evening tea. All the ladies enjoyed playing various games & funny games with dance & singing. Menu was Misal Paav for breakfast along with Tea/Coffee, Veg Biryani & Fruitsalad with mango pulp/icecream for lunch. Meeting started with review of last week activities by President Milind & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Asmita. Weekly quiz winners - PP Hema Bellad, IPP Namita Naik were felicitated by President Milind. President review was presented by President Milind Kulkarni. All the Bavarchis were felicitated by PP Dhananjay & Varsha Hirwe. Vote of thanks was proposed by Rtn Varsha Hirwe. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Kalesh & Pallavi Nerurkar. |

The same has been approved by Literacy Director also. It can be a Global Grant Project, and the shortfall of Rs. 3 lacs for Club contribution, will be arranged by Rtn. | Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF BOD MEETING HELD ON December 17, 2023, at 10.00 am at the residence of Honourable Members, Rtn Vikas and Archana Tople Members Present: 1. Dr. Umesh D. Rtn Archana Tople - Guest Opening and Welcome: The fellowship commenced at 10:00 am, Meeting started at 10.30 am with President Dr. Umesh D. Falak welcoming all the present board members. 1) Administrative Planning and Approval of Meetings Following upcoming meetings were discussed and approved: • December 22, 2023 (Friday) – Joint program with RCP Karve Nagar and 4 other clubs- Shukrangan, Mukundra Panshinkar Auditorium. Our contribution-approx Rs. 1,500/- • December, 30, 2023 (Saturday)-New year Party-To plan budget, and contribution amount from members. • January 5, 2024 (Friday)-Joint meeting with RCP Bhigwan, to see Flamingos. Our contribution Rs. 5,000/-. 2) Membership- The fees for the following 3 members is due: o Rtn Amit Andre o Rtn Prachi Andre o Rtn Kaushal Ladiya • All 3 members have given their resignation, and want to leave the Club. The resignation has been accepted, bod will take advice from DG Manjoo about final decision about resignation with a request to pay dues for the first half of the year. 3. Conference Discussion • Discussion with Conference Chair, Rtn.
