| Minutes of Meeting | MoM of Sixth BoD Day & Date: Tuesday, 22nd December 2023 Venue: Conference Hall, Sevasadan Hall, Erandvane, Pune Time: @ 6.30 pm. 1. Secretary Abhay welcomed all the members for the 6th BoD of the RY 2023-24. 2. Minutes of our Fifth BoD dated 28.11.2023 were read and approved by all the members. 3. Service Director Abhay Mayadeo gave updates about the school gate project to be done in the memory of Late Mr. Narke kaka. Mayadeo informed that he has received a quotation for the gate of the school from the local vendor and execution of work will start soon and it is expected to complete the gate on or before 26.01.2024. 4. Secretary Abhay informed all the Directors to come well prepared for the AGM and all the Directors have to give the presentation in the AGM about the progress of their Avenue and future plans. 5. Treasurer Sneha informed that she has received a call & mail also from Mrs. Naidu, PP of RCP Amanora requesting to transfer the balance funds of CSR partner Syngenta to RCP Amanora. Secretary Abhay D explained that he will talk with her and explain the procedure. 6. Youth Director, Manisha Adhikari explained about the projects of Rotaract Clubs and future projects of Interact Club. 7. Foundation Director, Sadhana Bhandari suggested to arrange a Hurda Party at Urali Kanchan on 6.1.2024. Everyone consented for the same. 8. DG Visit Expenditure Approval: The president upraised the members that following expenditure were incurred during AG and DG Visit: Dinner: Rs, 20,000/- , Rotary Hall Rs. 6,000/-, Photography Rs. 3,000/-, Trophy and Certificate Rs. 1,700/-, Napkin Flowers Rs. 1,200/-, Tea. 800/-, Photo Frame Rs. 560/-, breakfast Rs. 500/- and water bottle Rs. 600/- only.
