| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week activities by President Milind & Secretarial announcements/Rotary Information on Rotary Scholarships. Weekly quiz winners - were felicitated by President Milind. Club Membership Director PP Prasad introduced our honorary club member Priyadarshini Indalkar. She was inducted as Rtn by PP Prasad & President Milind and as Rtr by Rtr President Harshwardhan Sindekar. Priyadarshini then expressed her feelings after being in Rotary and appealed all to watch her coming movie “Navardev Bsc Agri”. Rtn Vivek introduced Parakhi Maharaj who then spoke about Gurudev Datta with stories & principles. Vote of thanks was proposed by Rtn Pradeep Sindekar. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Anil & Charusheela Kulkarni. |

| Minutes of Meeting | RCPC’s Annual General Meeting An important part of the Club’s calendar, RCPC’s Annual General Meeting included a presentation on and approval of the Club and Trust Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2023. Rtn. IPP Uday Dharmadhikari made a short presentation on the accounts, and had earlier circulated the Audit report to members by email. President Ajay Chitnis began the meeting with a salute to the Spirit of Giving, and thanked Rtn. PP Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and Rtn. Shashi Raj Talwar for their generous donations. President Ajay then gave a brief update on the Green PC Project, conceived by Rtn. Pravin Nadkarni, which completed its pilot phase on December 16, 2023. As part of this project, five Green PCs, which consume only 10 watts of power, were donated to Ashram School, Wadki, on December 16, 2023. Rtn. Giri Sakhrani, Rtn. PP Ravi Kapoor, R’Ann Monica Nadkarni, R’Ann Dipti Chitnis, and Rtn. Pravin Nadkarni were present as the Computer Lab was re-inaugurated, bringing joy to students and teachers. The Interact Jamboree held on December 18, 2023 — starting with breakfast and ending with high tea — was a huge success. Mrs Sheila Mohanrao, who sponsored the event, was the Guest of Honour and District Governor Rtn. Manjoo Phadke was the Chief Guest. Children from a number of schools performed dances, skits, and participated in a debate. The Annual Christmas Party for Children with Special Abilities, co-sponsored by the Inner Wheel Club, was enjoyed by all who attended it. Music, games, and a magic show kept the children entertained. Birthday greetings were offered to R’Ann Shruti Jindal, R’Ann Kiran Pallod, Rtn. Juhi Mathur, R’Ann Shweta Vijaivergia, Rtn. Payal Rajpal, R’Ann Rajashree Shah, R’Ann Priyanka Banerjee, Rtn. Jeevan Mahaldar, and R’Ann Ruby Jhunjhunwala. Wedding anniversary greetings were offered to Rtn. Pradeep and R’Ann Deepa Dharane, Rtn. Mukund and R’Ann Kokila Sheth, Rtn.
