Minutes of Meeting	Members discussed various points of club finctioning. Secretary and nomination committee chair Rtn Vidula announced the board for RY2024-25 and accepted by members. Last Rotary year's audited balance sheet (Trust) accepted by club. PE Meenal has suggested increase of Rs 500/- in trust account per member per year and received approval. Nomination committee upgraded by adding 1 PP.

The ventilator is to be kept in the hospital for approval  Status of PHC at Kasurdi, recent developments regarding CSR from Kotak, and status of the MOU with Bharati Ayurveda Hospital for the mobile clinic project. Kasurdi construction is in the final stages, the Bharati MOU is Finalized and in the approval stage for signing, Kotak CSR, the MOU Signed, and the CSR is now expected to be disbursed 4. Minutes of Meeting	One of the most important meeting of the year, “Annual General Body Meeting” was held on 27th December 2023. Meeting was called to order by President Rtn. Minal Avachat. Then she invited last year’s Secretary Rtn. Vaishali Chinchore to read out the minutes of Annual General Body Meeting of RY 2022-23. The minutes were accepted unanimously Board of Directors for year 2024-25 were confirmed. All present members wished Best of luck to newly confirmed Board. President Rtn. Minal Avachat read out the Club's half yearly report offering an overview of the clubs activities & achievements. President Elect Rtn. Nitin Gadre proposed Vote Of Thanks.
