Mr Pularao & Mr Shubham explained us details about the Swargate Metro Station. PP Nitin Naik was instrumental in arranging the visit. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Sushma & Ramesh Palange. Dress code for Ladies was Jeans-Tshirt of Salwar-Kurta without Odhani & for Gents was Tshirt Pant alongwith sports shoes. |

| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF BOD MEETING HELD ON January 06, 2024, at 7.00 pm at the Hotel Clerk’s Inn Members Present: 1. Dr. Umesh D. Falak - President 2. Sarita Goenka - Secretary 3. Ketki Falak 4. Vikas Tople 5. Anta Kaulgud 6. Sarika Ranade 7. Shirish Pingle 8. Rupa Pingle Opening and Welcome: Meeting started at 7.00 pm with President Dr. Umesh D. Falak welcoming all the present board members. 1) Administrative Planning and Approval of Meetings Following upcoming meetings were discussed and approved: • January, 26, 2024- Visit to Our Interact School at Bahuli for Republic Day Celebration. Shirish has promised to give 1 laptop for the school. Requesting other members to donate laptops for the School. 2) Interact Conference on 7th January, at COEP College • 30 Registrations @ Rs. 150/- per student done for 3 Junner Interact Schools. Total expense- Rs. 4,500/-. BOD sanctioned the same. 3) Trustee’s meeting • Treasurer, Rtn Shirish Pingale, informed that Change report, and Change of Constitution report has to be submitted. CA charges would be around Rs. 25-30,000/-. Shirish was appointed to take this further, and to present the prepared reports to the BOD, for further execution of the same. 4) Anganwadi – Request from RC Pune West • Appeal from ZP to help children of an Anganwadi who are mal- malnourished. Synergy project with RCP West as main host. BOD sanctioned Rs. 10,000/- to be given for the project, from Trust funds. 5) Request from Dr. Shikarpur to consider SERA (Service Excellence) award. • Proposed to honour Dr. Sunanda Rathi of Nivara Old Age Home with Vocational Award. Program to be held on any convenient date after the Conference, during any regular meeting. 6) Membership- It was informed by President that the names of Sushmita Padale and Kaushal Ladiya have been removed from RI website, as they have expressed their disinterest to continue with the membership. 7) Conference Discussion • Various teams were formed for the various responsibilities during the 3 days of the conference. President will inform to the various members, of each ones responsibilities. 8) With the permission of the Chair, topic of Global Grants was also taken up. • A letter will be issued by the Club requesting the CSR donor, to allow us to use the funds donated, for some medical project instead of Anganwadi. • It was also decided to ask each BOD member to contribute Rs. 1000/- per person for the fellowship expenses. 9) Next BOD Meeting: The next BOD Meeting is set for Sunday, February 4th, 2024. • Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8.30 pm and was followed by dinner. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the club meeting held on 06/01/2024 [Saturday] via Google Meet Time of the meeting was 8 pm Club members attended are 3 PE 24-25/IT Director - Vivek Jamdar Membership Director - Sushil Sahani Secretary/Treasurer - CA Dinesh Dixit Meeting presided by PE Vivek. Meeting began with National Anthem. Agenda today was club meeting after a long gap of one plus month since Deepawali. President Manoj was out of India from 04.12.2023 till 15.01.2024 ( expected arrival ) Secretary/Treasurer was also not available due to his participation in Car Parikrama of District 3131 from 04.12.2023 to 10.11.2023 and then due to death of his father on 22.12.2023. President Elect 24-25 and Membership Director was also out of town for couple of weeks. Car Parikrama of District 3131 was successful and Secretary and Rotary Ann Mrs. S D Dixit will through separate meeting put their experience etc before the club members on before the end of January 2024. Mr. Sushil Sahani in the mean time met newly appointed Lodha Administrator in place of out going officer Mr. Hannan Singh. He discussed with the new Administrator about our Club’s activites till now and expressed co-operation from Lodha Administrator in future activities. A separate meeting is called for to meet New Administrator with our President Manoj shortly. Mr. Vivek informed that E waste Drive recently held in Lodha Complex was NOT so useful/successful in the sense that Mr. Ashish from Kshama Foundation, Pune told that what ever e waste collected were beyond repairs etc so as to put them in usable condition. Mr. Sushil desired that Club arrange Old Clothes Collection Drive as early as possible. Also he told members present that Adoption of weaker section of Childern studying in Dyan Prabhodini School situated at Salumbre be undertaken at least in the coming Rotary Year 2024-25 if not immediately. But visit to that school is to be planned before going for Adoption of Children. All members present today ON LINE expressed displeasure of our exisiting members NOT responding to attend club meeting called for by P E Vivek. Almost One plus month of December 23 was without any Club meeting. Member Mrs. Sanyogita also expressed her displeasure of this attitude and approach. Mrs. Sanyogita attended R Y E event in Pune arranged by district on club’s behalf on Saturday 06.01.2024 in the evening. Hence she could not participate in On Line meeting held on 06.01.2024. |
