| Minutes of Meeting | IPP Maithili and Rtn. Priya had planned a couple of very interesting games where they made Santa Claus sit in the midst and he kept asking for different things from the crowd. The crowd was divided into 4 groups - Hope Joy, Peace & Love and all the Rotarians were part of this group. Santa Claus asked for many interesting things and they had to run up and give these things to him. The second game was a quiz on Christmas where Santa Claus asked them different questions like, ‘What are the names of the reindeers?’, to which they had to answer. Then the whole audience got together and merrily sang 3 songs. First song, ‘We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year’ the second song, ‘Jingle Bells’, and the third song, ‘Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer’. After the meeting was adjourned there was lovely music and everybody came on to the dance floor and had a wonderful time. Later the bar was opened and a lot of good cheer was happily imbibed by everyone. Then followed a gala dinner which started with hot cream of tomato soup with croutons, roast chicken with potatoes & brown gravy, a live pasta counter, vegetable cutlets, baked vegetables and then the famous pudding of Poona Club ‘Fruit Funny’. Everybody had a good time and it was a wonderful start to the new year! A Rotarian couple from Brazil also attended the meeting, along with the India RYE student they had hosted at Brazil. |

| Minutes of Meeting | 6th BOD meeting dated – 6th Jan. 24 Host – Jaywant Shintre Place – Jaidev Nagar Invitees – No All directors were present except Treasurer Varada, Club admin Suryakant Vaze, New Generation Service Vijaya Puranik and IPP Swati Mulay. President Swapna Kanitkar welcomed all directors for 6th BOD meeting of this year 2023-24. BOD members discussed the points below during the meeting. Club Admin Suryakant Vaze – January mee ng and program planning: - 7th January – Voca on award func on of Zone 6 9th Synergy meeting 12th – Jodi tuzi mazi – Amol and Owi Kale 19th – Dist. CSR award ceremony 26th – Will be decided and informed once fixed. Community Service Vivek Joshi – Happy School Project – SVC school Taradgaon books for library, sports equipment’s and toilet blocks will be donated in the month of January / February. Aganwadi development – It was informed that once we get appropriate Aganwadi then will do this project. Membership Subhro Sen - It was informed that two new members are expected to join our club in the month of January / February. Public Image Sachin Hanamghar – Bulle n – Planned to publish on 26th Jan for various projects done. Interna-onal Service – Sanjay Mahajan – Internation tour of club planned to Bali Indonesia from 25th May to 30th May aBer RI conference Singapore. Vocational Service Harshada Bawankar – Vocational award – On 7th December vocational excellence award. Once finalised details will be communicated. Vocationaltour – Car rally will be planned from 16th to 19th March visit to Amul chocolate factory, Anand Gujrath and Baroda. Voca onal training – In the month of January lectures will be planned as per school requirement. Founda-on Jaywant Shintre – CSR – It was informed that we have gotten one more CSR partner for an educational project with Jedamark company. Total project cost is 12.5 lakhs. For this project Subhro Sen took lot of efforts for this project. Treasurer Varada Kelkar - Membership fees – Maximum members paid membership dues of Jan to July 24 and few members will pay before end of Jan.24. President Swapna Kanitkar gave vote of thanks to all the BOD members & the mee ng was adjourned |

| Minutes of Meeting | रोटरी क्लब पुणे आयोजित Vocational zonal award कार्यक्रमात कलेतून सामाजिक सेवा करणारा कलाकार म्हणून अमोल काळे यांना DG manjoo phadke District governor यांच्या हस्ते सन्मानित करण्यात आले. रोटरी क्लब च्या पुणे जिल्हा स्तरावर ह्या कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन कर्वे नगरच्या एका सभागृहात करण्यात आले .सन्मानचिन्ह, शाल, पुष्पगुच्छ असे या पुरस्काराचे स्वरूप होते. पुरस्कार रोटरी क्लब पुणे हेरिटेजच्या प्रेसिडेंट सौ.स्वप्ना कानिटकर सौ पुर्वदा बापट, श्री. पुरुषोत्तम बापट यांच्या पुढाकाराने हा पुरस्कार देण्यात आला. अतिशय व्यवस्थित आयोजन केले होते. सामाजिक सेवा करणाऱ्यांचा सन्मान करणं हा रोटरीचा खूप चांगला उपक्रम आहे. सौ स्वना कानिटकर , सौ पुर्वदा बापट , श्री पुरुषोत्तम बापट यांचे आणि रोटरी क्लबचे सर्व पदाधिकारी व सदस्य यांचे मनापासून आभार. अमोल अशोक काळे |

| Minutes of Meeting | 22 जानेवारी रोजी आयोध्या मध्ये उभारण्यात आलेल्या राम लल्लाच्या मंदिराचे लोकार्पण सोहळा होणार आहे त्याच्या निर्मितीमध्ये प्रत्यक्ष ज्यांचा सहभाग होता त्या इंजिनियर सौ.अश्विनी कविश्वर यांच्या व्याख्यानाचे आयोजन केले होते हे व्याख्यान जवळजवळ साडेतीन तास चालले पण खेळून ठेवणारे ठरले निर्मिती होत असताना आलेल्या अडचणी त्यातून काढलेले उपाय, मंदिराची निर्मिती होत असताना आलेल्या लोकांच्या भावभावनांचे आलेले अनुभव, दानी लोकांचा मोठेपणा स्वतःकडे अनेक अडचणी असतानाही रामा साठी सर्वस्व अर्पण करणारे लोक पदा ने मोठे असतानाही रामा पुढे नतमस्तक होणारे व काम करणाऱ्या कामगारांच्या श्रद्धा,भक्ती भाव श्रम याचे आलेले अनुभव त्यांनी अत्यंत सुंदर रित्या सांगितले. या पवित्र वस्तू ची रचना, भव्य आकार, सुंदर कलाकुसर निर्मितीच्या प्रत्येक टप्प्यात ना भूतो न भविष्यती असा आलेला अनुभव होता. प्रत्येक अनुभव अंगावर काटा व डोळ्यात आनंदाचे उभे करत होता. |
