| Minutes of Meeting | This was a movie fellowship meeting. We watched our Hon Rtr & Rtn Priyadarshini’s new movie “Navardev B Sc Agri” with the movie team in City Pride Satara Road. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Chitra Kulkarni. From the movie team, Producer Milind Ladge, Writer/Director Ram Khatmode, Creative Director Vinod Vanave, Cinematographer Sanjeevkumar Holli, Line Producer Aditya Patil, Actor Kshitish Date were present along with actress Priyadarshini. All the movie team members were felicitated during the interval and they appealed all to promote the movie in their friends/family. It was a great movie with the need of an hour about life of farmers and problems faced by them in day-to-day life and also for getting married. All enjoyed this unique fellowship a lot. |

| Minutes of Meeting | ROTARY CLUB OF PUNE HERITAGE 7th BOD meeting dated – 26th January 2024. Host – Vivek Joshi Place – Residence of Vivek Joshi All directors were present except Club admin Director Suryakant Vaze, Membership Director Subhro Sen & Public Image Sachin Hanamghar. President Swapna Kanitkar welcomed all directors for the 7th BOD meeting of this year 2023-24. BOD members discussed the points below during the meeting. Club Admin Suryakant Vaze – February programs & activities 2nd February – Business, Sankrant & Fun fair 3rd & 4th – RYLA 10th Feb – Visit to National War Museum, Southern command, camp Pune. 18th Feb – Sports day – Forza turf at 7:30 to 11:30 am Community Service Vivek Joshi – Non-Medical – on 4th February under the happy school project – Books, and sports equipment will be donated to SV Chavan school Taradgaon. Treasurer Varada Kelkar - Membership fees – Almost all member's balance fees dues have been received only a few will be paid before the end of Feb. Founda+on Jaywant Shintre - Donation to foundation – It was discussed and decided to request all members to give a minimum USD 30 to Rotary International foundation. CSR – Twenty-five educational Tabs will be donated to the school under CSR project. Membership Subhro Sen - It was informed that three new members who will be joining the club on February / March 24 are under discussion. New Genera+on Dr. Vijaya Puranik - Interact - RYLA – RYLA will be conducted on 3rd and 4th of February at SVC school Taradgaon. Rotaract – Our community base Rotract club is under revival stage and new Rotractors are joining this club. Our Institute based SIMCA Rotract club arranges various programs and activities regularly. Voca+onal Service Harshada Bawankar – Vocational training – In February as per school requirements lectures will be planned. Vocational tour – The vocational tour of the car rally will be in March. Details will be communicated once finalized. Interna+onal Service Sanjay Mahajan – Interna on tour – Our international tour will be in Balai Indonesia which will be aBer Rotary Internation Conven on Singapore. Dates will be from 30th May to 4th June. Once tour details are worked out will be informed. President Swapna Kanitkar gave the vote of thanks to all the BOD members & the mee ng was adjourned. |

After that full time pass games sports etc by then delicious dishes would be done by our ROTARY CROOKED ???COOKSss where u can also join n take the joy of CHULA cooking . Around 2 pm we all can have our lunch after that a little bit rest n gup shup and our entertainment team will take over for music dance games etc |
