The event is scheduled @ 10.30 am. On the same day, a Health Camp is also arranged at Hotale Village for ladies from 10.30 am to 4.00 pm. Additionally we have scheduled a test to identify blood group of students on the same day for 62 students @ 11 am You are requested to attend all the 3 events. Minutes of Meeting	On Monday 29th January at 5:30pm DG Manjoo Phadke was warmly welcomed at the Poona Club conference hall to meet with President and Secretary. First Gentleman of District 3131 Vishwas Phadke and Assistant Governor Rajesh Jain too were present. The evening started with a brief meeting with the Interact Clubs and the DG showed her appreciation regards the installations at Guru Nanak Jr. College, PMET and St. Arnold’s Central School. The presidents of the Interact club with the respective teachers were present and in conversation with the DG they offered to host similar meetings and even attend a meeting of the Rotary Club of Poona in future. The Interact clubs were also keen to understand their role in Rotary. This was followed by a presentation by the Strategic Planning Committee, presided by PE and Treasurer Maj. Gen. Amar Krishna as he gave a detailed report. DG Manjoo Phadke praised the report and also mentioned that this could become a SOP in future. The report of the past 6 and a half months of Rotary year too was officially given by Hon. Treasurer. Maj Gen Amar Krishna. Rtn. Sahab Saran presented the report of Club Service, followed by Director of Community Service Rtn. Vaijayantii Khaladkarr and Director of Youth Service Rtn. Leela Madhuri Rao. AG Rajesh Jain was very appreciative regarding all the details incorporated in these reports. After a short coffee break, DG Manjoo Phadke also met with the major donors who too had joined.
