| Minutes of Meeting | DG spoke very warmly with Interact club members for an hour. Then the Strategic commitee met with her. She apreciated our club strategies and advised. Then had a meeting with Board of directors. Then short break and General Meeting. President called meeting to order , invited DG Manjoo Phadke on podium. National Anthem. Followed by welcoming DG and other dignitaries. Presidents speech. Felicitation of APF DONORS. Newletter inaugurated. Secretay's announcements. AG Manojit spoke on clubs performance, was very apreciative and then he introduced the DG. DG Manjoo Phadke spoke fluently and dynamically to the club and apreciated our work. Vote of thanks given by PE. President adjourned the Meeting, calling for dinner and cocktails. |
