| Minutes of Meeting | 1) AG visit OCV , official visit of the District Governor (DG VISIT) to the club is the most important event in every Rotary Year. It serves as a barometer of club working. 2 weeks prior to that , AG visits the club to verify various parameters and to decide what corrective actions are needed so that we stand up right during OCV. Our AG Sunita Shiguppi visited our club and ensured that the paper work, presentation and working is in order. Presentation of various reports and dialogue with respective BOD members was conducted . Finally she expressed satisfaction about the working of the club, of course without forgetting to give her suggestions for still better performance. |
