| Minutes of Meeting | It was a great meeting yesterday, probably the most useful, knowledgeable & important meeting hadl ever.?? Adv. Shailendra Deshpande very well explained about importance of doing a *Will* & everyone should do it well in advance from the age of 30 & should make the changes in it, if required, after every 10 to 15 years. He explained about the uncertainty of life & about disputes occur in the families after the death of head of the family, also unnecessary expenses which occurs for heir/succession certificates, advocate fees etc. if a *Will* is not there. So expenses for making a registered *Will* costs appx. 20K including lawyer fees & expenses in court in its absence costs near about 2 lakh minimum. So everyone must have a registered *Will*,plus loss of important time of min. an year, sufferings & distress in the court. Everyone asked so many questions & he answered very well considering all the possibilities. He is a very clever & intelligent lawyer. It was a nice interactive session. ? |
