| Minutes of Meeting | 1) MOM of the last BOD meeting was read & put up for approval. It was proposed by Rtn. Bimal Rawat & Seconded by Rtn. Santosh Giranje. 2) It was decided by the board that if any event is organised then the bills related to that event shall be cleared within 7-10 working days. 3) Regarding Fund raising concert, board suggested to postpone the dates to October, November or December as per artisit availability. Also call for a meeting after confirmation and then decide further course of action. 4) RC Talegaon is conducting Samuhik Vivah and have requested our club to come in synergy. Board proposed an amount of Rs.50000 to Rs.1,00,000 and asked then to contribute $ 1000 for GG of Borewell rechargers. 5) Rtn Dr Manish Pharande informed board that we have received a foreign partner for an amount of $ 5000. Rc Nigdi and Rc Pimpri Elite gave a verbal commitment of $1000 each. Also informed about GG for gift of life. We are waiting for confirmation from foreign partner. 6) Rtn Dr Manish Pharande informed board that Rotract club of Pimpri wants to donate 2 computers to Natekar Vidyalay and are asking an amount of Rs 29000 and Rs 28000 for a cold storage fridge and mist fan which they want to donate to an animal shelter out of fund reserved for their projects from box cricket surplus .Board approved the same. 7) Rtn Siddharth Bose proposed 2 boards of our club to be installed at both the gates of our community center. The budget proposed for the same was Approx Rs.22000/- . Board approved the same. |
