Madhavi Chouhan 1. Due to lack of quorum, waited for 10 mins and continued with the meeting. 2. President Surekha welcomed BOD for the meeting. Felicitated Kavita for bulletin, Prerana for managing all the extra activities, Mohan for all the innovative meetings all through the year so far. 3. Action Items from last BOD discussed and status updated 4. Approval of BOD minutes of meeting held on 9-Mar-23 Proposed by: Kavita, Seconded by: Seema 5. Following BOD Members presented report and tasks - President – Rtn. Surekha - Joint BOD to be hosted online or to be hosted by PE was discussed. Since it has been done that PE has hosted the Joint BOD, we will continue the same process. PE can decide on the date and venue. Treasurer – Rtn. Shilpa - Shared data for 31-Mar-24 has been sent to CA. One bill pending for AOP - Installation venue has been changed from Deccan to Ganesh Sabhagruha and charges have been paid Club Admin – Rtn. Mohan - Not present. Sent updates on message - For the joint meeting which is planned with with RC Kumta, request BOD to sanction using of Picnics budget Rs 20000 for the meeting expenses. - Request sanction of full expenses of Bawarchi Day which went upto Rs 28000 by using Bawarchi Day and Women's Day budget - There is a surplus of material of Rs 1500 which will be used during our trip to Kumta. - Appreciate the efforts of Convenor Rajesh for his excellent planning and execution of the Bawarchi Day. - Flexi meeting was a huge success with 35 tickets bought and 21 taking fellowship. Expenses of fellowship were Rs 5224+100 tip which I request to be sanctioned. - Hall booking done for Club Day on 27th April at Bhave Prathamik Shala and for Installation at Shree Ganesh Sabhagriha on 28th June after cancelling the booking done at Deccan Gymkhana done earlier taking consent and preferences of PE , Pres. - 11th April - Programme on Assam by Nripen Gogoi who is a good friend of Varsha Dawale. - 18th April DRT planned has been postponed for some possible slot next month. Confirmation not recd from our DRT Rtn Radha Gokhale. - We have received a proposal from Rajesh Ingale who can take us on a vocational visit to Coast Guard at Murud, where we will be taken to see a ship that is used by Coast Guards and we will get first-hand information of the functioning of Coast Guards Service Projects – Rtn. Madhavi and Rtn. Reshma - Women empowerment planned for Swayamsiddha for one day – Ann. Ashwini, Rtn. Amita and Rtn. Padma will be conducting the same. Planned for 16-Apr-24 - Happy School – o Gandhi Bhavan Blind school – Rtn. Madhavi, Ann. Shubhada and Rtn. Seema will be taking initiative in that. o Other 2 schools MOU is in progress - Global grant is in progress - Bolkya bhinti is in progress. Foundation – Rtn. Bhavana - $11000 already collected so far - EREY will be done this year - Follow up with Annets is in progress Rtn. Seema Deshpande - 5 new members have been added - In touch with 2 prospective members - Getting touch with all the ones which we have connected with earlier this year Ann. Kavita Deshpande - 11 bulletins published - 3 bulletins pending + project special bulletin planned in May 3. Following Resolutions passed Nos Avenue Topic Actions / Resolutions 4.
