| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting was called to order by President Girish at 7.30 followed by the National Anthem. Dileep Railkar’s mother passed away on 25th April. One minute of silence was observed to pay homage to her. President Girish then welcomed the guest Mrs Yashodhara Gadgil and her spouse Mr Sachin Gadgil. Ann Medha tai Pendharkar introduced the guest. MrsYashogadhra Gadgil is a Mandarin (Chinese language) professional and worked in this field for over a decade. Mrs Gadgil explained various perspectives in China about Ramayana. She also presented the transcripted versions of the Ramayana written by two Indologists in China. She also shared her other experiences during her multiple visits to China. Rtn Alka Patwardhan delivered the vote of thanks and President Girish felicitated Mrs Yashodhara Gadgil. This was followed by the Rotary business. President Girish made announcements regarding the green expo project ceremony. President Girish also felicitated the members for their achievements on personal fronts (as mentioned in the agenda) This was followed by Secretarial announcements. Secretary PP Rtn Sanjeev announced the programme for the next week (as mentioned in the agenda). He also announced the birthdays and anniversaries of the members and anns (names mentioned in the agenda) and President Girish felicitated them. The meeting was adjourned. |

| Minutes of Meeting | our club meeting was full of fun and enjoyed by all Rotarians and Anns present. Those who could not make it really missed the friendship, fellowship and interaction. Truly a “Battle of the Sexes” it was and what a battle??? No war cries or daggers drawn but rivalry all the way with smiles, jokes and laughter used as weapons – the evening was filled with healthy banter. Giving the winners their due, They were better of the two. A big thank you to Shereen & Pritee for a very well thought of and organized game. Kudos to all members present for their sporting participation |
