| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF BOD MEETING HELD ON May 12, 2024, at10.00 am at Core Concept Clinic Members Present: 1. Dr. Umesh D. Falak - President 2. Sarita Goenka 3. Ketki Falak 4. Anita Kaulgud 5. Shirish Pingle 6. Rupa Pingle 7. Avinash Pendse 8. Tanuja Kher 9. Archana Tople 10. Vikas Tople 11. Nitin Vibhute 12. Vasant Gogte 13. Piyush 14. Jaya Dapodikar 15. Dr. Ravindra Kolte 16. Sarika Ranade Opening and Welcome: Meeting started at 10.00 am with President Dr. Umesh D. Falak welcoming all the present board members. 1. Member Satisfaction & Retention Retention Confirmation to be taken by email and physically. Next years fees to be informed as Rs 19,000/- per member and Rs. 13,000/- per spouse. To take confirmation by 31/5/2024. Invoice to be floated by 1/6/2024. Fees to be paid by 25/6/2024. After that an amount of Rs. 1,000 per member will be added. 2. Financial Matters: • Resolution for Bank Account to be made • Resolution for Trust to be decided in Trust meeting scheduled for 15/5/2024. 3. Community Engagement: • 17th May, DRT Session with Synergy Karve Nagar & West Side. Dr. Abhay Sontakke and DGND Nitin Damle will be conducting the program. 4. Service Projects: • Asmita project: to be conducted at Dinnanath Mangeshkar Nursing College, where we will get around 300 beneficiaries. • 220 aerators distributed to Vidyarthi Sevan Samiti. • 20 aerators given to friends and relatives. Rs. 1000/- for the same will be transferred to Trust account. 5. Medical Projects: • Medical Service Project: Blood Donation arranged for 22/5/2024 • Glaucoma- early detection test to be conducted by Dr. Kolte • Cost of Rs. 2000/- per head which will be borne by Trust. 6. CSR • Gift of Life- Rs. 7.5 lacs already received. • Solar Lights at Pandhrewadi – Rs. 1 lac already received. Further Rs. 19 lacs will be given to RI, and also DDF will be received. • Happy Village, Pandhrewadi – 20 Lacs expected. 7. RCC • Installation ceremony of the new RCC formed at Velh will be held on 6 th June. • Will also conduct on that day, BMD and Haemoglobin Checkup at Velhe. • Planning to have a Paediatric Heart Problem Detection Program together with Ruby Hall Hospital. 8. Administrative Matters: • Last BOD of RY 23-24 to be held on June 2nd • Planning Assembly to be held on 23rd June • Installation for RY 24-25 to be held on 6th July • Club Awards Date and Venue to be announced shortly. 9.
