Minutes of Meeting	The meeting was called to order by President Girish at 7.30 followed by National Anthem. President Girish then welcomed the speaker Dr. Girish Charwad. He also welcomed all the other guests. Rtn Dr. Anant Sardeshmukh introduced Dr. Chrawad. Dr. Girish Charwad is an Associate professor at Bharti Vidyapeeth and an expert in music and art. The topic of the talk in the club was “Forensic sketching” He has been working with CID and the crime branch for more than 25 years. He shared his interesting sketching experiences in a few criminal cases. He explained how his sketches helped the police find the criminals. He also gave a live demonstration of his sketching, by preparing a sketch of Rtn Satchit based on the description given by Rtn Apte. Ann Supriya Kulkarni delivered a vote of thanks. Dr. Charwad was felicitated with a vocational excellence award for his selfless service to society. Our senior member of the club Dr. Anant Biniwale felicitated him. The citation was read by Rtn Dr Shirish Sahasrabudhhe who has also drafted the same. This was followed by the Rotary business. President Girish made announcements regarding various achievements of club members and anns and felicitated them. This was followed by Secretarial announcements. Secretary PP Rtn Sanjeev announced the programs for the next two weeks (as mentioned in the agenda). He also announced the birthdays and anniversaries of the members and anns (names mentioned in the agenda) and President Girish felicitated them. Rtn Dr. Anant Sardeshmukh and Ann Medha were felicitated by President Girish for sponsoring the fellowship dinner. The meeting was adjourned.
