| Minutes of Meeting | Under the guidance of AG (24-25) Rtn Sanjyot Malpani Planning Assembly was conducted. Thank you for consenting to our club budget unanimously in the Planning Assembly Meeting dated 31.05.2024. In view of which, This notice is being sent as per the Article 6 of our Club Bye Laws for the payment of membership fees for the period - 1st July 2024 - 30th June 2025. Please note that ... 1. The membership fees for each Rotarian will be Rs. 24,000/- if it's paid in one instalment. 2. It will be Rs. 24,500/- if paid in two instalments. 3. If the fees are paid paid in two installments, then, the first installment has to be paid for Rs.12,500 on or before 25.06.2024 and the second installment is to be paid on or before 25.12.2024, if it is paid by cheque. 4. Please note that if the membership fees are paid online, the last date will be 29.06.2024 and 29.12.2024 respectively. 5. For spouse rotarian, the membership fees will be Rs. 10,000/- in one installment. 6. As decided, please note that if the fees are not paid in the time mentioned as above by the members, they will not be continued as member. Members can start now paying the membership fee. |

| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting commenced by providing a succinct update on the work accomplished thus far in the current Rotary year. The attendees were informed of the projects and initiatives undertaken and the progress made with respect to achieving the set goals. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the minutes of the last meeting. Fund raising projects: The BOD discussed three potential fundraising events: a Lavani dance event with a budget of 1-1.5 lac, a fellowship at Rtn. Dr. Deepak Khots' farmhouse, and a monsoon running event. These events aim to generate revenue for the club. Further detailing will be done when we plan the event. The resolution was proposed by Rtn. Alka Kohli and seconded by Rtn. Vishal Patil. |

A committee needs to be formed for the installation ceremony 4. Our planning assembly with our AG is scheduled on 13th June, at Patrakar Bhavan at 6.30 pm, mandatory for all the directors. 5. Training to be organised for all the committee members and new members to be organised in the first week of June but club trainer Trupti Nanal. 6. Club project calender for the first ax months to be prepared by Deepa and Archita. 7. It is proposed to have a club general meeting every last Saturday of the month and One BOD every second Tuesday of the month. Other project meetings to be conducted as per the project needs 8. Memebr- sponsored dinners to be organised every alternate month. 9. After discussion with the members,, there are some changes in BOD structure. Reside list is attached. |
