Minutes of Meeting	Club picnic was arranged to Gokul Agro Tourism. Meeting started with review of last week activities by President Milind & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Asmita. Following felicitations were done: PP Ram & Suvarna for Club Anniversary, Organizer PP Nitin & Namita, Pinak for dropping NGSE student to Pune. Vote of thanks was proposed by President Milind. Our Rotaract club was present with maximum Rotaractors. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by PP Ram & Suvarna Kutwal. Dress code for Ladies & Gents was flowery design dress. NGSE Student – Herode also accompanied us. Ladies enjoyed photo/reels in nauwari sari provided by the vendor.

Minutes of Meeting	All, Today's meeting was attended by Manoj, Sushil ji, Sagar, Sanyogita, Nipun and self. We discussed about bod training which will be on 9th June from 1.30 to 5.30 pm. RC Chinchwad and RC Pimple Saudagar are joining us for bod training. AG Ravindra Bhave and ALF Dileep Parekh will be present for this training along with few districts team members Planning assembly date is finalized. It will be on 23rd June from 5 to 6 pm (AG will be present) We also talked about installation date which is on 21st July Discussed about membership growth. We need to do projects in and around our area so that more members will get noticed and they will become part of our club Current rotary members should plan to bring 2 to 3 new members It was also discussed to conduct a cleanliness drive (Nipun and Vivek to lead) For our chatrachhaaya project, we need to find out 20 needy vendors from Gahunje, Kiwale, Mamurdi, Punavale area and give them the umbrella (collect rs 100/- as nominal cost and return the same once we confirm that vendor is using it) Sushil ji, Manoj and Vivek are going to sponsor 10 family kit which can be given to needy family in and around our area (July month) Blood donation camp to be arranged on 15th august (Manoj and Nipun to lead) Plan for picnic in August By next week I will prepare calendar for 1st quarter and will share with the members Meeting ended with cutting birthday cake as it was Sanyogita's birthday today Thanks all for joining today's meeting We miss Dixit ji, Shyam ji, Snehal, Sheetal and Neeta.
