| Minutes of Meeting | Welcome of Rotarians of RC Chinchwad as well as RC Pimple Saudagar, AG Ravindra Bhave was done by PE Vivek and all Rotarians from RC Belmondo. For this BOD training, our club was the Host Club. Meeting started with National Anthem. Introduction of District Trainer Rtn Charudatta ji as well as Rtn Dr Abhay ji was done by AG Ravindra Bhave. Rtn Dr Abhay talked about reasons to join Rotary, History of Rotary, how to increase members and how to retain them, Fellowship / Friendship, why to attend District Events and so on. Rtn Charudatta talked on communication skill. Introduction of ALF Dilip Parekh as well as PDG Pramod Junnarkar was done by AG Ravindra Bhave. Tea/Biscuits break. ALF Dilip spoke about the installation of new club at Talegaon. This is one of the first club of our District where all members are disabled. PDG Promod ji spoke for almost 1 hour on various topics which will help all the members who were part of BOD training. PE Rtn Dr Pavan spoke about his experience. Vote of thanks was done by PE Rtn Harsha Joshi Meeting ended by 5.30 pm. |

| Minutes of Meeting | The 13th BoD meeting for RY 2023-24 was held on June 8, 2024 to discuss and approve strategic and financial matter of the club as per agenda already circulated by Hon Secretary. The meeting was followed by joint BoD meeting of directors of RY 2023-24 and 2024-25 wherein the status of the club in current year was briefed by the current President. Thereafter, President 2024-25 shared his vision , plan for the year 2024-25 to his Board members. This was followed by fellowship / dinner with spouses who joined after the meeting. |
