Guest & all present members had cold drink.Then each members has given self introduction. And thereafter secretary introduced Rtn.Dilip Mahadik as AG Elect for RY 2024-25. 4) Secretary & PE Rtn.Vijay Goregaonkar handed over written planning of projects to be undertaken during RY 2024-25 and had discussion amongst theembers. AG elect has focused on membership & APF giving. We assured to fulfil the targets set by the club and also agreed to go with other clubs for project in synergy. AG elect has expressed his satisfaction on the clubs planning for RY 2024-25. 5) Secretary Rtn.Vijay Goregaokar in his announcement declared attendance of 7 Rotarians and one guest. Further. he announced about the "Chhatrachhaya " project to be undertaken during 1st to 6th July 2024 and requested all members to identify the beneficiaries for the said project. 6)President Rtn.Balkrishna Ambekar thank Guest Rtn.Dilip Mahadik AG Elect for his presence and all rotary fellow members for attending the Planning Assembly and adjourned the meeting. Meeting was followed by snacks. |
