Minutes of Meeting	The meeting started at 7.30 pm. President Milind welcomed all the board of directors for the eleventh BOD meeting of the RY 23-24. • The Minutes of the last BOD were confirmed. Proposed by PND Milind Patil Seconded by Rtn Kalesh Nerurkar • President Milind reviewed the various activities conducted in June. He congratulated PP Vidya for good weekly programs, Rtn Vivek for camps, Rtn Nukul for events. • Service Projects: Rtn Vivek gave information as follows: • President Milind informed that Mobile App for SSC Study will be donated at Bholawade. Suryodaya Paradhi School, Dada Gujar School, Sane Guruji School with the help of Tsubaki & WILO CSR. • President Milind informed about the plan on 29th June at Bholawade – Women Empowerment session, Ideal Study App donation, Happy School Inauguration, Happy Anganwadi Inauguration • President Milind informed that Tsubaki CSR of 2 lakhs will be used for renovation of ITI Pirangut • Vivek informed that cancer & health checkup camp is planned for ragpicker ladies at Mahajan Hospital on 4th July with the help of WILO CSR of 10 lakhs • Club Administration: President Milind gave information as follows: • CPI is 100/100, this was the best committee in RY 23-24 • Youth Service: Rtn Kalesh gave information as follows: • Notebooks were distributed on Monday at Tara Mobile Creche (for 750 kids of construction workers) with help of PE Sameer (made notebooks available at 10 Rs per kg) • President Milind informed that application for Interact Club of Paramount International & Aaryans School Bhilarewadi was submitted today. • Residential RYLA cannot be planned at C R Rangnathan School in June • The Rotary Foundation: PP Pushkaraj gave information about this: • President Milind appealed BOD members to complete their foundation donation • Total giving has reached 10000$ • Treasurer: Rtn Uday gave information about this: • Balances - Club 5,50,035.54/- ₹ & Trust 1474999.89/- ₹ • Signatory change resolution was passed • Membership: President Milind gave information as follows: • PE Sameer informed about new members for 24-25 who can be inducted on 7th July: Manasi Katre (completed 3 meetings), Ketki Sindekar, Pallavi Nagpurkar. Minutes of Meeting	The meeting was called to order by President Girish at 7.30 followed by National Anthem. President Girish welcomed all the club members and anns. The meeting started with Secretarial announcements- Secretary PP Sanjeev announced the programs for the next two weeks (as mentioned in the agenda). He also announced the birthdays and anniversaries of the members and anns (names mentioned in the agenda) and President Girish felicitated them. Then President Girish felicitated Rtn Satyajit and Rtn Manjiri for getting the best couple trophy. Then President Girish and Rtn Dr. Anant announced the APF achievement of our club and felicitated major donor Rtn Satchit Sidhaye. This was followed by Thanks Giving program named “ऋणानुबंध सोहोळा”. There was an audio-visual presentation and also President, Secretary, First Lady, and Mrs. Secretary thanked every member and ann of our club by describing their contribution in the year. Everyone appreciated the efforts took and achievements of President, secretary and BOD. Few members came forward and expressed their feelings of satisfactions for the achievements in Rotary 23-24 The meeting was adjourned.
