| Meeting Agenda | joint meeting of past and present BOD members was held on 30th June at Sevasadan School. The presentees were nearly all the members. The important points are : 1 All outgoing directors have given updates of their Avenues. 2 It was decided that we should terminate the members on 30.06.2024 who have not paid their fees on 29.06.2024. 3 There will not be an entry fee of Rs. 2000/- for Gharvapasi members. 4 The amount of RI dues of the new members who are inducted during the period of Jan - June, should be kept as balance in the Club account by the serving President. 5 A The information regarding projects: Sardar Vallabhbhai medical project will be completed in July. B 25 Bore well projects are completed. C Nala project is completed. D Projects by Vitesco funds will be continued. E New Youth director will follow up with the requirements of the interact club and 3 rotractor clubs. 6 We are opening an account on FB, Instagram and LinkedIn. 7 There is a suggestion from all BOD members to appoint an account officer for smooth operation in Trust. 8 If any rotractor wants to become a rotarian, then our club will offer Rs. 2000/- concession in yearly fees. But this offer is valid only up to 28 years of age of the rotractor. This concession is not applicable to his/ her spouse. 9 We have not received a balance sheet copy of the club as well as Trust in the Joint BoD. We have also not received the excel sheet of the balance of the Trust project wise. |
