Sandeep Kolte inspired us all with his journey in philanthropy, sharing insights and experiences that moved and motivated everyone in attendance. His dedication and passion for making a difference are truly commendable, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn from his valuable perspective. Sandeep turned the pain of losing a child to a rare brain cancer into an opportunity to raise funds for research on this cancer. Today, he supports 475 children in their fight against the disease. His story is a powerful testament to turning personal tragedy into a force for good. | Minutes of Meeting | highlight of the weekly meeting on 24 th July was the talk given by our own Rotarian Anupama Joshi. She shared her experience when she visited a few countries in Europe. The programme was aptly called "Mesmerizing Europe". Anupama with her good oratory skills took us all virtually to countries like Italy, Switzerland & France. The pictorial information she explained about these countries made all of us eager to visit these places at least once. Spouse Anand also added his inputs about this trip. The sizable audience in spite of the rains enjoyed every minute of the programme & it was an evening well spent. I am sure we need not have any external travel advisor to plan a visit to Europe. |

Birthday wishes were passed on to respective members and their family members. 4. Secretary Rtn. Divakaran Pillai read the minutes of the meeting held on 10-07-24, and it was approved by the members. 5. Rtn. Sunita Chavan briefed the members about the installations of Interact clubs of Shishu Mandir, JCMM School and PPGMIS. She also gave details of the donation of books to PPGMIS on 15-07-24, which was sponsored by Rtn. Divakaran Pillai. 6. Rtn. DR. Nalini Ramaswamy explained about her financial assistance to a student in Shishu Mandir, which is to take place on coming Friday the 27-07-24. 7. Rtn. Sanjay Patil introduced the guest speaker Mr. Suresh Chavan. Speaker spoke on “direction to a happy life” and it was enjoyed by the audience. President thanked the speaker and presented him a token of love. 8. Rtn. Dr. Ravi Tilak invited all members for the next meeting on 31-07-24, to be celebrated as a family night at his residence. 9. Rtn. Sunita Chavan announced the schedule of installation of office bearers of the interact clubs as Carmel school on 26-07-24 at 10.00 AM, Janata Vidyalaya, Khopoli on 26-07-24 at 3:00 PM, VDM School on 29-07-24 at 9:00 AM, Sahyadri School, Marathi Medium on at 3:30 PM on 30-07-24 and Ananda Shala on 01-08-24 at 11:00 AM. 10. | Minutes of Meeting | IT क्षेत्रात १४ वर्षे परदेशी काम करून आपल्या देशात काहीतरी पर्यावरण पूरक ,शेतकऱ्यांच्या हिताचे काम करायचे या उद्दिष्टाने आलेले योगेश शिंदे यांनी बांबू ब्रश निर्मिती ने आपल्या उद्योगाची सुरुवात केली आणि आता बांबूचे अनेक प्रॉडक्ट्स ते बनवतात. त्यांचे या प्रवासातील अनेक रंजक अनुभव त्यांनी शेअर केले. विशेष उल्लेख म्हणजे आज पर्यंत त्यांनी सुमारे ६० लाख किलो प्लास्टिक वाचवलेले आहे.त्यांना मिळालेले अनेक मान सन्मान आणि Shark Tank मधील त्याचा अनुभव पण ऐकण्या सारखा होता. आपल्या अनेक सभासदांनी विचारलेल्या शंकांचे त्यांनी समाधान केले . श्री शिंदे हे फर्स्ट लेडी प्रियदर्शिनी चे माजी विद्यार्थी असल्याने त्यांनी ओळख करून दिली व सई परांजपे यांनी आभार व्यक्त केले. रुचकर जेवणाने हा कार्यक्रम समाप्त झाला |
