| Minutes of Meeting | परवा शुक्रवार दिनांक 9 ऑगस्ट रोजी झालेला, आरती भट लिखित "श्रावणसरी" हा कार्यक्रम तुम्हा सर्व मैत्रिणींच्या उपस्थिती मुळे आणि सहकार्यामुळे उत्तमरीत्या पार पडला.. Ann अपर्णा आणि अनामिका यांनी आपल्या सर्व मैत्रिणींना हळदीकुंकू आणि अत्तर व फुटाणे देवून आपल्या क्लब मध्ये श्रावणी शुक्रवार साजरा केला. Ann स्वाती जाधव, रेखा, स्मिता आणि क्षमा कुलकर्णी, व रो. प्रियांका, संगीता आणि आरती यांनी श्रावणसरी हा कार्यक्रम अतिशय छान आणि सूत्रबद्ध पद्धतीने सादर केला.. रो श्रीकांत बेडेकर, संगीता आणि वर्षा यांनी श्रावणा संबंधी गायिलेली गाणी नेहमीप्रमाणेच छान व श्रवणीय होती. त्याचबरोबर रो स्वाती रांजेकर, आरती आणि संगीता यांनी निवेदनाची बाजु पण खूप छान सांभाळली.. रो प्रकाश यांचे बासरी वादना मुळे वातावरण भारावून गेले होते.. रो. आरती ने छान संहिता लिहून आपल्या ७-८ मैत्रिणींना बरोबर घेवून एक सुरेख कार्यक्रम सादर केला, त्यासाठी तिचे खूप कौतुक आहे. काल आपल्या कुटुंबात मिनू खरोसेकर या मैत्रिणीचे आपण स्वागत केले.. आपली मैत्रीण रो स्नेहा हिने आपल्या सर्व प्रकारच्या जबाबदाऱ्या पार पाडून उत्तम मार्कांनी B. Ed. पूर्ण केले तिचे पण कौतुक केले गेले. आपल्या क्लब मधील दोन मैत्रिणी क्षमा आणि स्मिता यांचा पेहराव खूप छान दिसत होता.. म्हणून त्यांना पण गिफ्ट देवून सन्मानित केले गेले. आपल्या क्लब मधील रो. तुषार व सोनाली आचार्य यांची कन्या आंजुली आचार्य हिने 7 जून मधील तरुण भारत या दैनिकांमध्ये "अन् ते दिवस" नावाचा खूप छान लेख लिहिला होता. त्याचप्रमाणे मनिष व रंजना पाटील यांची कन्या निधी हिने गाण्याच्या स्पर्धेत प्रथम पारितोषिक मिळविले होते..या दोघींचे कौतुक त्यांच्या अनुपस्थितीमुळे करता आले नाही. रो वर्षा हिच्या पुढाकारामुळे सुंदर व मुलायम पुरणपोळी व गरमागरम कोथिंबीर वडी असा खास महाराष्ट्रीयन जेवणाचा आस्वाद घेता आला. आजच्या कार्यक्रमाला 67 एवढी उपस्थिती कार्यक्रमाची घेतली गेलेली दखल पटवून देत होती. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Weekly Meeting REPORT Weekly Meeting No : WK/2024-25/004 Date : 09.08.2024 Time : 9 pm to 10 pm 4TH Weekly meeting for RY 2024-25 was conducted on 09.08.2024 at Emanuel Hal Mission Hospital Daund from 8 pm onwards. Fellowship was given followed by the meeting. Meeting was conducted as per Agenda and the minutes of meeting are as under :- 1. President Rtn Dipak Sonawane welcomed all the Rotarians, Anns, Annets. On occasion of August Kranti diwas and Kargill Vijay Diwas, ex army personnel were called as Chef Guest 2. The invited Guest Nayak Suryakant Jadhav (Retd) Ex Army personnel was the Chief Guest on the day. Mr Jadhv shared about the thrilling experience of his service and special Opertaion Vijay (Kargil) war. 3. President informed about the projects done during the week. 4. Maternal Health and Child care. It was appealed to fellow members to donate new unused sarees so that it can be given to the mother’s alongwith Baby care kit. Total 16 sarees collected.Distribution planned in last week f Aug24 5. Since Aug24 is membership month, new Members induction was planned to be done. 6. Secretarial announcements were done by Sec, Rtn Deepak Shasam. a. Anniversary of Rtn Mrs and Mr Anand Vinke. b. Birthday celebration of Ann Sakshi Sonawane, Aryan Bhagwat, Rtn Dipak Sonawane c. District Awards meet on 28th jul – Members were requested to register for the function at the earliest and give the confirmation at the earliest for better arrangements. d. District Membership Awards function registration to be done e. Tree planation drive for Zone 3 at Bhuleshwar to be done. f. All the members were urged to make the membership payment ONLINE mode to the bank account. QR code was displayed at the venue and also QR code copy to be sent. All members were told to make the transfer from Nationalised bank and through savings account. Members were asked to deposit Rs.15500/- and for couples Rs.26000/-. Meeting was adjourned by the President. |

The induction of new members and the oath ceremony were conducted smoothly. Rtn Priya Vaidya's introduction of the chief guest was particularly well-received and appreciated by him. Dr. Jignesh Pandya, in his signature style, delivered an engaging presentation on Rotary International, the Rotary Foundation, and the Rotary District. He shared some heritage videos and unique stories that beautifully highlighted Rotary’s impact and legacy. Both existing members and visitors were highly impressed by the program.We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Jignesh Pandya and Dr. Prachi Pandya for being a part of our evening at the club. The vote of thanks was delivered by new member Rtn Sarita Ballal, and the meeting concluded with a delicious dinner. The dinner was sponsored by Membership Team – thanks to Membership Director Rtn Jayasri Kulkarni, Rtn Anand Kulkarni and Rtn Gajanan Mungal.
